In the past I've had mammogram imaging completed and fibroid imaging completed and both times the office had great customer service. The office itself has already been really clean and organized and prior to the pandemic they offered extended hours. Today I came in for a CT Scan. Great service again but there was a miscommunication between my doctor and this office. I came in on my day off from work but then I was rescheduled all because I'm allergic to the iodine dye and the paperwork processed was the incorrect one. Wasn't a big deal to me but for someone else, it could be a huge inconvenience with work scheduling! My recommendation, listen to the customer and then reach out to their doctor while they're in the lobby to clear up any confusion before rescheduling. Other than that, I love the pre-Checkin option they text you prior to your appointment. Looking forward to my results and possibly visiting again.

Sad, there was a dip in the table, had a sudden jolt of pain in my right hip that lasted a minute (pain scale 8). He didn't ask how I was. He just stood there while I was in pain. When I said the pain had subsided he continued with his question and told me to lie on table. After the scan I struggled to get up due to hip pain. Never offered assistance or asked about the pain. Told him to warn others with hip pain there is a dip in the table that could trigger pain. He said "I've done a lot of these for hips and no one ever complained of pain before." This is completely out of character for any Advent Health employee to act so cold and uncaring.

Normally I don't care what political views a medical place has because it's not my business. But it becomes my business when they play a network that's known for spreading lies and misinformation about COVID-19. If they subscribe to beliefs that COVID-19 is fake, CDC guidelines don't help, etc., how am I supposed to feel safe here? It's a medicinal clinic with older patients. I'm entering an enclosed space during an MRI. I didn't realize what OAN was until after my appointment, otherwise I would've cancelled my appointment and gone somewhere else. I'm glad I have my COVID vaccine already otherwise I would've gotten tested immediately afterwards. If you don't care about covid guidelines then by all means, please go because the staff was wonderful. But if you do care, err on the side of caution and try somewhere else.

However when the tech took me in to put in contrast IV, she never put gloves on, I didn't notice as my eyes were closed till she put it in. And she was touching her hair. I noticed the boxes of gloves were next to the table where the stuff she used was. Then in room where the MRI table was freezing and they never offered a blanket. I was very disappointed and don't think i will use them again for anything. I had to get MRI soon and that was the closest fastest place. The staff was perfectly friendly but it's concerning about no gloves.

I called multiple times, but no one answered at the local office. Even their own internal customer service couldn't get through after eight attempts. I even faxed them in advance. After driving over an hour, I was told they didn't have what they needed and couldn't see me. I was spoken down to when I tried to explain. I hope they address their internal systems so no one else faces delays on urgent care.

There were two changing rooms. You lock your belongings in a cabinet and get a key to wear on your wrist to keep your belongings safe during the imaging. It was quick and the tech was kind and gentle. The waiting room had a coffee machine, tv, and cold water bottles in a fridge. I almost felt like I was being pampered during this normally uncomfortable experience. Thank you to everyone here for being so fantastic.

The front desk was not very friendly, I stood there for probably 15 minutes before someone actually acknowledged me and asked me to wait a little longer. After going through all the pages on the questionnaire and filling out the paperwork, I was asked to wait to be called in. I know there is always a wait when going to any kind of medical facility; but I waited approximately 1 hour, from the time I checked in, which was 1230 pm to the time I actually got my ultrasound. I have been getting this same ultrasound for years, this was the shortest amount of time taken to complete the ultrasound (approximately 15 minutes). In all honesty if I should have read the reviews before making the appointment because they are very accurate. To make matter worse, I just read an article about their diagnostic mammograms not meeting the FDA standards which is quite worrisome. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

The tech was nice enough and even with a wiggly kid he got his shot in one try. The second time we waited and waited, eventually everyone else (even those who came in after us) had been called and still we sat. Finally when he were called back they apologized and mumbled something about the tech taking their lunch break. Great! To make up for it the lady that helped us got my son some stickers and both of us a lead vest to protect what wasn't being x-rayed. Oddly, we didn't get one to wear the last visit, hmmm... It took two tries this time to get the shot but I can't blame it on the tech but my 15 month old! The first visit there was some confusion about whether or not his results were called in to my doc. The doctor said they didn't get them, the lab said they sent them right away. No problems the second time with delivery because I hand delivered them.
