These people don't ask you to change into a gown like most professional places, so this man will complain about every button on your garment. Patty, the mammography tech was AMAZING. I didn't know what to expect but she had a very calming and soothing personality that eased my anxiety. Second time coming here. The rate increased 175 dollars for self pay in one year. I was told it would be $325 over the phone when the appt was booked. I get there and they tell me it will be $425 now. Mimi and the receptionist, Kerry, didn't want to help. They preferred I walk out and not receive treatment than honor the rate quoted over the phone. No empathy or anything. I will not come back and I will let my primary care and Chiro know how unprofessional they were. I told them they could have asked the same questions over the phone that other imaging centers asked me and this would have been avoided. They just sat there and said "oh sorry." read more

They overcharged me $200 on a procedure done February 15, 2016. My insurance company paid them in full within two weeks of the service. I have been trying to get my money refunded since the beginning of April (over 60 days ago). They have told me that they mailed a refund check 8 weeks ago, which never arrived. They have refused to put a stop payment on it, refund my credit card, or issue a new check. My insurance company has tried to get them to return the money to no avail. I am still hearing that the owner, Masoud Vahdatpour, is going to wait to see if the cancelled check arrives when he gets them next week, a story I have heard previously, even though they confirmed that the bank says it was never cashed. When asked why they will not put a stop payment, they will not answer and instead say they have to wait until the cancelled checks come in. The professional thing to do would have been to refund my money by March 15, two weeks after they were paid in full by my insurance company. It is now 90 days beyond that date, and I am still waiting. It's always "wait another week" for some reason. I'm forced to take other measures to collect this bill. Do not trust this place. They charged me for multiple services, provided me with a credit card receipt that had no explanation as to what I was charged for and why. I sent my husband there to obtain records and a reciept after calling to confirm they would privide. But once he arrived they refused to offer a receipt stating they didn't keep those records. I called while my husband was there waiting. They put me on hold and "pretended" to look into the issue while my husband watched as she dilly dallied, conversed with her co workers about unrelated matters and killed time while I sat on hold to make it look like she looked into my request. When she had no intention of doing so. I'm literally blown away by the lack of professionalism. No integrity! My explanation of benefits doesn't match the fees they charged me and they're refusing to provide me with a bill. Sounds like fraud to me! The wife set up an appointment three months prior to coming in today. They called her a couple days ago and tried to change the appointment for a few days later. She told her she couldn't change the appointment because she made arrangements for transportation everything else. So I told her to come in at a quarter till 10 and they would make an appointment then. She she showed up at 9:30 and when she got there they told her she was late her appointment was 845 after telling her twice that she had no appointment for today. She waited till 10 o'clock and they said well we'll just have to squeeze you in whenever we can. You call this service. My Dr sent over a script for me so Cyrus in Lake Mary called me and set appt. for following Mon. at 3PM. I arrived at 2:55, signed in right behind another woman. 1.5 hours later they called me into their back room. After asking the same questions I answered on the paperwork they had me fill out, the tech said she was going to do an MRI of my "cervical" spine. I said my script copy also said "Lombard" spine. She said that would take another appt. I said after making me wait 1.5 hours you expect me to come back because you didn't schedule my appt. completely because last time the place I went did both in one appt. with no problem. I told her to return my copay and left. I'll never go back there. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining. One woman sitting near me said she had brought her husband in at 12:45 and he had not been called til 2:30! She was still waiting when I got called. They are very pleasant on the phone but have no clue how to schedule an office. Stay clear is my advice. read more

While the people here were pleasant I can not give more than two stars based on my recent experience. I went for a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound. I filled out the usual paperwork noting I had had my right ovary removed quite a few years ago. All seemed to go will. While tech was doing ultrasound he asked me why I had my right ovary removed. So I know he saw it was gone. Once I got to my doctor she gave a recommendation of a procedure based on the findings. Went through the required presurgery biopsy and everything. Not sure why but as I was leaving I asked for a copy of the report. On it were detailed comments of a right ovary I don't have! Called Cyrus and about the error. I told them I put it on the paperwork I had no right ovary. Sure enough there it was on my paperwork as well as in the tech's notes . No right ovary. They said it was a transcription error?! Kinda scary that this can happen. Thank God I only have one ovary or I would have never know the medical report was not mine. read more
