The gal at the front desk was friendly and showed me the restroom and water station before I sat to wait. I was greeted at exactly 7:30 by Joseph who is the nicest human ever! After I left, they later told me that they had made a mistake. When I returned to have the remaining X-rays done, they couldn't even find the original order in their system, and my doctor had to send a completely new order. Today when I came back again, I was told that X-rays are walk-in only. Despite that, I waited for over an hour and a half. While I was still waiting, they took another patient who arrived about 40 minutes after I did. When I brought this to their attention and complained about the situation, the staff showed very little concern and did not seem to care about resolving the issue. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Not completing the doctor's order the first time, losing the paperwork, and then making patients wait excessively while taking others ahead of them is extremely frustrating. I hope the facility improves its organization and patient care so others don't have to go through the same experience.

What I love about them, is the ease in making appointments (you can make your next years appointment at the current appointment), pre-check-in processes, and the efficiency once you are actually at your appointment. I have never had to wait, which feels like the norm for medical services. I am always treated kindly and respectfully during screenings/x-rays and they get you in and out. My husband is wheelchair bound, has Parkinsons, and was there to get an MRI. He waited in the lobby, and someone came out and called his name. After seeing him struggle to move his wheelchair, the lazy employee never offered assistance. My husband wheeled himself all the way down the hall, into the changing room and into the MRI room. Not one single staff member offered help!!! He was not asked what music he wanted to listen to during the MRI. I was waiting in the lobby for him to be brought out. I heard my name screamed from the back hallway, and I ran to the door. He said the door was too heavy for him to open and wheel himself out to the lobby. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THESE INHUMANE PEOPLE!!!!! THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
