We have purchased from Simon's before that's why we are a returning customer. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on all their makes of appliances. Very helpful in helping you pick out the appliance that is good for you and will fit your home. Won't try to sell you something you don't want. The delivery/installation guys were great. Very friendly. Gave a run through on all the appliance features and how they work. If we ever need any more appliances this is the place we would go to. Bought a new range and delivered in late Feb. from Simon's Appliance. John explained the different ranges in a friendly clear no pressure manner and very patient with our many questions. So he made my decision to purchase the Frigidaire model easy. The 2 delivery men, Jonny and Ray did a great job installing the range and saved me money when they noticed my current cord was in great shape and I did not need to purchase a new one. I stopped in to look around yesterday and put an end to the couple of years of curiosity I had brewing over Simon's Appliance, and as I stepped through the door, I saw a beautifully designed sales floor, kitchen displays nicely setup, clean and tidiness all around, and super friendly sales people. I'd say within a minute or so (maybe 30 seconds) I was cordially greeted by Karen who is one of Simon's Appliances' sales consultants (not sure if that's her title). She was incredibly friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. However, in addition to browsing, my intent was to actually apply if I felt good vibes.... Welp, I'm definitely feeling good vibes after popping that question to Karen and feeling great vibes in general about Simon's Appliance! Anyone looking for appliances ought to check out the store on Cahill and 70th in Inver Grove Heights before resorting to big box retailers. I get the feeling that the folks at Simon's Appliance value customer satisfaction which is great because I enjoy the customer service aspect of any role I'm in as well.. I have been shopping for a new BBQ Grill . Went to all the Major and usual suspects . Menards , Lowes etc . Did not get any service and the selection was un appealing . We stopped into Simions appliance on our way home and found the perfect Grill . The best personal service and delivery and pick up of existing grill was all included in the price . Let my start off by telling you how amazing they are! I walked into their showroom ready to replace my washer and dryer, At the cheapest a thousand dollar expense, I was greeted by Sharon who walked me through pricing on new machines when she asked what was wrong with my current machines and I had explained issues I was having she gladly told me what an easy repair it would be. As a single mother of three I was so relieved! How awesome and honest!!! The repairmen Justin was in and out in under an hour and was friendly and extremely courteous ! I called Simon's to schedule a service appointment to see why the ice maker on my refrigerator wasn't working properly. Karen set up an appointment for me but suggested a way that I could fix the problem myself and save myself a service visit. It worked! Called Simon to repair a dishwasher that was purchased 3 years prior. took 3 weeks to have a new motherboard installed and the dishwasher was still not working, Simon instructed me to call kitchen-aid directly and they might send me a new part to fix the machine.I called Simon and requested to speak to a manager and the nice (not) lady told me dishwashers only last 3 to 4 years. I called kitchen-aid and they sent a service company to fix the dishwasher and it works with the first service call. I will not be a return customer of Simon again. read more

Your company SUCKS ! Service that stops at 5:30, no emergency or second shift workers! Your tech shut our fridge off and didn't tell anyone. Was supposed to return the next Monday, nobody showed up. No fridge, all food in coolers and nothing but excuses. But we will sell you a new one, kiss my ass you will! read more

My dishwasher stopped working before a wash cycle was completed, leaving standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher, and no lights lit up on the front of the dishwasher. I tried pushing various buttons, but nothing happened. I checked the dishwasher switch in the garage. That wasn't it. I checked an appliance repair website which indicated that the problem was probably a bad control board, which I found out would cost hundreds of dollars to fix. Then, I called the manufacturer, and they confirmed that if a dishwasher had a bad control board, the lights would not be lit. Then, I called Simon's Appliance and talked to Karen. She asked me about the power cords under the sink. I checked under the sink. As soon as I touched a power cord, the dishwasher came back to life. The power cord plug had somehow come a little bit loose, and lost its connection. Thank you, Karen, for solving this problem! Just a power cord not plugged in tightly enough!! Karen is the right person to talk to if you have a problem with your dishwasher. read more
