My almost new RAV4 was hit from behind at a light and the bumper was damaged. I took it to Toyota RSM to get repaired and they use PRO AMERICAN COLLISION for their repairs. Faraz assured me that he would deal with the insurance company to make sure that all damage from this accident is fixed at no cost to me. I got my car back today and it looks like brand new! Here I am again. This time, someone backed into my car and left without notifying me. My husband noticed a hole in the front panel of my car, so here I am, back at Pro American to get it fixed. As before, Jim was the greatest in getting the part from Hyundai, and keeping me updated. Once the part came in, I dropped off the car on a Sunday (using the drop box), and by mid-morning on Monday, Jim calls to say that the car is ready to be picked up! And, since it did not involve as much work as previously thought, the total cost would be less expensive! You can't go wrong with these guys! Buyer beware. All these 5-star reviews are bought and paid for with free car washes. See pictures. **Long post -- skip to TL;DR if you're in a hurry.** I honestly dislike writing 1-star reviews, but there was nothing redeeming about my experience here and I feel like it's my duty to warn others: This shop preys on the naive -- young girls, the elderly, and whomever else they think are helpless. Euro American Collision in Lake Forest intentionally damaged my bumper so they could charge me more for the repair. It sounds unbelievable, but the pictures below say it all. They turned what should've been a simple repair into a replacement of my entire bumper (I've since paid visits to three other body shops in the area -- each one can attest that the "before" picture could have been fixed for $600-$900 with a simple weld, sand/buff, and repaint. Whereas the damage in the "after" picture requires a replacement of the entire bumper, because its structural integrity was compromised due to the large hole (that wasn't there when we dropped the car off). The new estimated cost? $1,200-$1,500. Initially, my car had a small, nearly indistinguishable crack on the passenger side's rear bumper... Guess they figured I hadn't taken pictures before they put their hands on it, because after they "inspected" my car, the bumper had a giant hole. It was big enough to literally shove your hand inside. It looked as if someone had pushed the crack outwards, then upwards, leaving very visible crease and hole. They said that since there was a hole, it absolutely needed to be replaced. The shop manager, Jim, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. His first words to me were that he'd just been racing his newly purchased, very expensive, corvette going 100mph down Lake Forest Drive. An unwise and frankly odd thing to brag about, but I digress. There was no acknowledgement of my concern; no "we'll get to the bottom of this;" no exploration of possible causes of the extra damage. Instead, Jim became immediately defensive and threw a child-like temper tantrum while loudly berating me and my boyfriend in front of everyone in the garage. He refused to answer any questions and threatened to get his lawyers involved if I "had a problem." Never in my life have I witnessed such appalling customer service. (I also find a reaction like that to be a huge red flag, and feel badly for others who've undoubtedly been scared into silence by his naked aggression). To make matters worse, they TOWED my car without my permission and snuck in a $275 charge for it. When I addressed it, they claimed it was an "accidental charge." This was my first time at this body shop, so I have to wonder -- how often do these "accidental charges" occur and how many times are they overlooked by customers? If you decide to come here for some reason, inspect your invoice carefully because they'll try to sneak in extra charges like these under "miscellaneous." They aren't listed in plain sight. But if I were you, I'd visit any number of other reputable body shops in the area instead. This shop engages in questionable business practices and has fraud written all over it. **TL;DR** While in the shop's possession, they damaged my car to make it a "bigger job" which = more pay for them. What was initially a $600-$900 repair now costs anywhere from $1,200-$1,500 to fix/replace . When addressed, the manager (Jim) attempted to intimidate me into silence. They also tried to tack on $275 to my invoice for a tow I never authorized. Do yourself a favor and find another body shop that values integrity. This isn't it. read more

I was a victim of a stolen car, and the guy(s) who stole it did some damage to my front end. The dealer did the work they needed to do with the ignition system and door lock, but they don't do bodywork, so they recommended pro American collision center, and I'm so thankful they did. I mostly dealt with Jim, who was so easy to get along with, and explained the entire process along the way. Not only did they fix the damage done by the car thieves, but I had some other repair work that needed to be done on my own as well. I also spoke with Amir, who was equally professional and great to talk to. Jim was my biggest advocate for me with regards to the insurance company shenanigans, and completely had my back. He treated me and my wife as if we were his family members. The amount of communication with job updates is like no other. My wife was in her 2022 Kia Carnival minivan when she was hit in an intersection by a man who ran a red light. I called Irvine Kia for an auto body referral, and they sent me to Pro American Collision Center. Jim Dunn answered the phone when I called and I got an immediate sense that he would take care of us. His first concern was that everyone was ok after the accident (there were no injuries), and then he proceeded to walk me through the process of what needed to be done to repair my wife's car. We brought the car in the next day, and Jim was super friendly and continued to explain everything to us and answer all our questions. Over the course of the next few weeks, Jim was very responsive and kept us posted on progress. They finished the repairs in a reasonable amount of time, and we were very impressed with the result. The minivan looks brand new...doesn't look like it was ever in an accident. The exceptional service continued even after we picked up the car. A warning light turned on that night, which we immediately suspected was a software issue. I called Jim the next day and rather than having me bring in the minivan, he sent a technician to my house! While I did not actually get to utilize the repair services at this location, I'd give 10 stars if I could to Jim the manager, and the employees that we interacted with. Highly professional, amazingly compassionate and friendly. Our brand new vehicle was recently in a collision and was first going to be taken to another shop for damage appraisal. After I called that location to ask a few questions and voice some concerns, I was pretty much blown off and given a bunch of non-answers. I immediately wanted to use a different shop, so we called our dealership and EuroAmerican Collision was the shop recommended directly by the dealership we purchased from. My car was hit by an uninsured motorist. It took a month to get dropped off to the shop. Pro American Collision center arranged for me to drop off the car as soon as the parts arrived. They got me in and out after dropping off the car as quickly as possible. I was able to leave it Monday and have it promised Wednesday. They also arranged with insurance everything that was required for the repairs. I have not received my car back, but I know it's a simple paint of a small body part and replacement of a bumper that comes unpainted from the factory. Just for the level of service, attention to detail, and humane treatment of their way of helping me out is enough for me to leave this 100% 5-star satisfied review. Totally awesome experience!! Jim, the manager, instantly made me feel like family! I felt like he genuinely had my best interest in mind! I'm pretty unfamiliar with reputable auto shops around OC and had a bad experience at a couple other places where I was way overcharged. A lot of the time, as a woman, it can feel like getting work done on your car brings an extra level of challenges. I always feel really anxious about making sure I'm not getting taken advantage of for not knowing a lot about cars. So when I came here, I was wary. But my worries we're instantly put to rest! When I called and spoke with the manager, we chatted for a little about the car's problems was able to bring it in right away. He even encouraged me to stay off the roads the next day, as a huge rainstorm was expected to hit and make the roads dangerous. But I digress... anyways when I brought it in, he confirmed the issues right in the parking lot, but the issues may have been more electrical in nature (not really the kind of stuff they do). Shady place! Be aware!! Stay Away!!! Got into a car accident last night and called AAA to send a tow truck to help remove the car from the scene. The driver towed the vehicle to this place, stating he can't tow the vehicle back to my home. Was towed here around 10:30pm last night, probably by a tow truck driver who is helping his collision center friend make more money, now this place is trying to charge $200.00 a day for a storage fee--saying the vehicle has been there for 2 days when it hasn't been a total of 24hrs. Now they say they won't release the vehicle until $400.00 is paid. read more

Pristine bumper repair and full detailing service, I will take my car here again should I ever need body work, without a second thought. My bumper was completely screwed on both sides and needed a full repair. They were upfront with the estimates and possibility of needing some minor additions after they take off the bumper and can assess internal damage (nothing was added to the original estimates.) I also got full detailing service. I don't have any before pictures of the inside (sorry) but it hadn't been fully detailed in over a decade, everything had dirt and grime everywhere.
