10/10 Easy to book, super responsive and timely. I just picked up this beauty, she is only one year-old. Of course it had someone's DNA all over it and I needed it wiped clean. I saw the reviews on Yelp and they were basically perfect, so I decided to reach out. Within 10 minutes, I had the detail booked for the next day at my house. Two guys showed up and worked their butts off for over two hours and gave my sweet girl a full detail. They showed me every scratch and blemish. In fact, they pointed out to me a chip at the very top of the windshield that I did not notice when I bought it so I reached out to the dealership I bought it from and they said they were going to fill in the crack for me and to come into the dealership anytime. I wouldn't have seen it without these guys. I tipped them well and then the owner messaged me and sent me the invoice and I paid immediately. However, After reading the reviews my expectations were really high so I was expecting amazing and it was very good. Very good is still really good but it's not amazing. The price was consistent with the market. I would use them again. My car is only two years old and my windshield could have been better as it still has some outgassing film from the dash and there were a could have places that were missed on the windshield exterior. He was able to get out deep upholstery stains and buff out some ugly surface-level exterior scratches (from drive-through car wash abrasion, rocks on the freeway, etc.). Stuff I thought would never come out. I've gotten my car waxed annually since I bought it in 2014, and no one comes close to the outstanding quality of work Marco did.
