First I give 5 stars for the friendly staff…read more 1 star for the store pharmacy itself as it is chronically understaffed You can not have 1 person working to *fill prescriptions, *run the register, *answer questions, *answer the phones, *give vaccinations *manage the paperwork *stock and manage pharmacy inventory A pharmacy this busy, this size needs a staff of at least 3 people It's always frustrating trying to reach them by phone, but recently we had two critical issues that highlighted how dangerous this issue can become. 1st - critical med, required daily, doctor sent in refill on a Friday morning, we waited for text it was ready to pick up that, that never came. Online it said "in process" for a few days, then the rx vanished like it never existed. We called them multiple times Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday with no answer. Called Dr on Wednesday so she called them via the prescriber phone line and was told they weren't able to get the prescription (this is not a new prescription). The pharmacy should have notified the doctor ASAP that they couldn't get the medicine. At least the doctor's phone call got answered Our 37 phone calls went answered 2nd - urgent medicine needed sent in by Dr to pharmacy. It showed online it would be ready by noon, 24 hours later it still says online the prescription is "in process", numerous calls to pharmacy go unanswered. A friend is picking up for us, but I can't send them to the store until I know the rx is ready to pick up and the cost. The only good thing is their online Medrefill system (which is tediously slow and omits important rx info like rx dates, refills, prices, etc). If not for that I would still be wondering if they even got the newest rx from the doctor. The rx in the first issue was online as "in process" for days, then vanished. They never called Dr or us to tell us they couldn't get the rx. On both of these the pharmacy was completely unreachable by phone, and during covid we shouldn't have to make unnecessary in person trips to the store.

The professional bed installer said, " oh well this doesn't work" when he had the wrong parts for the head assembly, and he left. I went to the store,provided them with the correct part number. Not to mention many less expensive online options that can be tried and returned as needed. These Good Feet stores should close shop for disreputable sales tactics and 0 refund policy. I had to walk to the other end of the mall to find a restroom. After we sat there for a while and filled out the forms the receptionist What did the form and said that the doctor could not see us today because I had diabetes and mobility problems. My new glasses came in less than a week after the rush order, and the gentleman at the counter (poor guy definitely remembered me) was very helpful and felt really bad about the overall snafu. Glasses are correct now, I can see! Conflict was handled quickly and I'm glad the service level was great despite the obvious frustration! --------- Lord help me...right after my glowing post some craziness happened. I hope it's corrected soon. So I picked up my new, stronger lenses and sunglasses. Upon popping in (with some audible Trouble) my new lenses, I was handed the most painful glasses I've ever worn. They asked ME if my vision changed; can't they look that up? Yes, I say, But this is just extreme as far as changes go and I can't really see well...I was asked a few times by the guys that were there if it was just my eyes needing to adjust and was reassured it would feel awkward and even disorienting for a bit so I took these on good faith and left. I could see much better and easily in the shades, and was hesitant to wear the new regular lenses because it felt like my eyes were crossing and I was on some very strenuous psychedelic trip. After 30 minutes I knew something was very wrong. So I called and said I needed to come back. Lo and behold they take the glasses, place them on what I assume is some kind of machine to test them, they were the entirely wrong prescription I already waited 2 weeks for. Also, let me just say that I had at this point now worn 3 different scripts in one hour: old, correct, and incorrect. I had a horrible migraine as a result and as someone with MS, vertigo is a commonality and mine was raging as a result. "But your sunglasses are right, right?" I have no clue, they feel different but normal as far as what I expected, should you really be asking ME? I wish they'd taken the time and care to test these out when I said I felt weird instead of sending me on my way. Would've been common sense and saved me now 2 extra trips and more waiting for the correct glasses. A rush I'm told is at least a week, so we will see how fast that means. Coming up on 5 days now. Disappointed that the lackadaisical guys couldn't have made this easier or done more.

Over six months, I spent unnecessary money trying countless products with no results. Only after months of failed treatment was prescription medication finally discussed. Even then, the office could not manage to do the bare minimum. They showed no urgency in completing the prior authorization process, gave conflicting information, and outright changed their story after the fact. To make matters worse, the new prescription they claimed they were sending was never even sent to the pharmacy. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and poor customer service was shocking. When patients are trusting you with their health, there should be follow-through, communication, and professionalism. Instead, this experience felt careless, dismissive, and completely frustrating from start to finish.
