I reached out the night before to confirm the appointment and was told the next day Phillip was getting sick and he wasn't sure it wasn't Covid. I understood and requested that we push the install date out 1 week at 10:00 am, which he agreed to and indicated he had me scheduled. Fast forward out 1 week. It is now 12:16 pm. I texted Phillip at 9:03 am to confirm he was coming out today to install my fan. I waited until 10:04 am before sending another message inquiring whether the fact I had not heard anything from him was an indicator that I needed to hire someone else for my install. I have yet to hear anything from him so I am hiring someone else for the job. It's amazing to me that a business owner 1) does not confirm upcoming appointments, 2) ghosts a customer who was only trying to confirm an appointment, and 3) is not transparent about their willingness to do the job, for whatever reason. I cannot speak to the quality of this company's work, but I certainly can attest to the fact they have been unresponsive to my inquiries about my appointment and silent on their interest in my job. If they had a bigger job come up worth more money, I would have been fine pushing the appt., out a bit, if necessary, at least once, as I am not in a hurry to have my fan installed. However, just being ghosted is disrespectful and, to me, is an indicator of what type of company this is, which is why I will never attempt to use them again, and do not recommend them. As a final note, I had actually received a quote from another company who was willing to come out the same day of my originally scheduled appointment, only much earlier. That quote was $20 less, but because I had already made a commitment to give my business to Phillip's company, I turned down the other company. I wish now I hadn't.

They are a family operation working out of the industrial park area on Lebanon Road behind Enterprise Rent-A-Car Taylor Murcia handled the consulting on quartz selection at a Nashville showroom/warehouse, pricing, templating, and final installation. Freddy the owner handled the fabrication. Handyman and jack-of-all trades Randal Smith handled the plumbing de-install, carpentry, and faucet reconnect. They worked smoothly as a team including extended hours and weekends to get the job done. And cleaned up as they worked. We selected Calacatta River quartz (resembles high-end marble) for the kitchen with a single bowl stainless sink and Gemini non-porous quartz countertops for the baths with undermount porcelain sinks provided by Mount Juliet Granite and Quartz.
