I was given the reason or an excuse that the employee did not show up to work that day and the gentleman on the phone stated HE would be there the next day, today, at 8am for my estimate. I rearranged my schedule again. At 8am this morning I waited. Again no one showed up. If a garage and a work shed is too small for their business, the company should not be called All Things Electric. Working as though their time is more important than a potential customers is not a way to run a business. Time management skills are important to run any business.
