I've gotten massages all over the world and get massages regularly once a month in San Francisco and can confidently say that Jae is the best masseuse I've ever worked with. His intuition is uncanny, he hit every spot without me saying a word, and even used cupping and a guasha tool to break up scar tissue and fascia around my traps, arms and neck. I had gone to another masseuse the day before him with no noticeable results and after I went to see Jae I gain mobility in my neck and feel so much better. The facility was great with text reminders, receiving payment, etc and the owners are delightful and welcoming. Love the space they've created. On our way to town, we saw that LO Nutrition was open. Someone else was already having two drinks made when we walked in, so we read the menu and stuff while we waited. When it was our turn, the woman working had us fill out info cards (?) since we'd never been there. Since it was our first time, she tried to talk us into a two-drink special, but it was like two drinks with different benefits, so we were each supposed to get both? On my way to work, I already have too much two juggle - two drinks seems like an enormous hassle. Which is to say, no. Once we ordered two smoothies from the menu, it was only a few more minutes til we were on our way. Someone had called before we made it to the counter initially, so we waited while their drinks were made too. All-in-all, nearly 20 minutes to get smoothies that tasted kind of powdery wasn't really what we were after. And they try to insist on a phone number just to buy a drink. The seller got angry when I refused to give a phone number, and grumbled that she wouldn't "get credit" for the sale. Apparently the drink sale wasn't enough. They must be dependent on phone leads for their Herbalife multi-level marketing pursuit. No thanks. Tea is made with leaves and hot water. And a shake is made from milk and ice cream. This place doesn't have those items.

The previous 4 conventional drs I saw either under treated me, or didn't bother treating me at all. I felt like a lost cause. I had to quit my job because the fatigue was so bad. I discovered Dr Hailey after hearing her dad on a podcast speak about the importance of iodine. I scheduled my appointment and traveled from west Texas to Michigan.
