From the staff, reluctant to even get out of their desk chairs to help at the counter, to the support team and managers totally out of touch with reality with no ability to listen, problem solve or interact with their clients, that somehow enable them to keep their doors open. I have been dealing with ASD for over 20 years, and have seen more employee turnover than most fast food chains. In an industry that requires a modicum of math, English, and training, they have seemed to somehow fill their desks with bodies that care nothing about the customer experience. The only thing they seem to get correct, most of the time, is the shower door itself. This is usually a "no brainer". If they are tasked with other pieces of glass such as sidelights, pony wall sections, transoms, etc., prepare yourself for time delays, higher than normal prices, and major disappointment. If you are considering Arizona Shower Door for any type of shower/bath enclosure, look elsewhere. I gave them a rating of one star by default. Adios ASD!

I called Arizona shower door, gave them my purchase number and they looked it up and saw the order in the system. Then they told me that they can not speak to me directly and that I have to call them through lowes. So I had to go back to the store I bought it at and call them with a lowes specialist. taking two hours out of my day. Now we give them the PO number again and they tell the rep that they can't help me because I bought the product over 60 days ago. WHAT!!????? First off, why did I need to drive to the Lowes store for them to tell me they cant help me when I was on the phone with them and they could have done it then. Did they just want to frustrate me and waste my time or is it because they want lowes reps to give the bad news to the customers that they are a horrible company that does not back up their own product??? Secondly, nowhere on their box or on my lowes receipt did it say that they only warranty their product for 60 days. It's not as if something was broken, it was never placed in the box! I have photos of the unboxing to prove this! The Lowes rep told them they have never been given any training or documentation that there was a 60-day time frame on all complaints with their product but the customer service at Arizona Shower Door did not care. Third, who gives a 60-day warranty on a packaged product, what a cheap company!! They charged lowes 73 dollars for three little parts that they forgot to put in my box for a 375 dollar shower door. Lowes was kind to give it to me at cost at 51 dollars. Arizona Shower Door has forever earned an enemy in me because they could not afford to send 50 dollars (Their cost less than 10) of parts to me. Oh, by the way. I remodel homes for a living, guess who will never be in any of the shower stalls I make??? Screw you Arizona Shower Door!

If I could throw another star their way, I would. But Yelp limits me to five. There's something magical about sitting by an open window, feeling the gentle breeze. I have not been able to experience that in the past few years, as the windows in my house have been broken and unable to open. So I finally bit the bullet and reached out to HomeStar Windows and Doors to get a bid to replace them. Dave came out to measure and gave me a bid promptly. He did not put on the pressure, but gave me options-"good, better, best" and thoroughly explained the difference. We decided to go through with the replacement and got on the schedule. We also decided to replace the blinds with shutters and asked to coordinate the installation to happen around the same time. Well, the windows were ready to be installed sooner than we anticipated, and Dave offered to cover the cost of having the old blinds taken down and reinstalled so we could go ahead with the window installation before the shutters. It also landed on a day that we would be out of town, so they offered to text me when they arrived and then again when they left for the day. It was nice to get those updates so I was aware of when people would be in my house. When we returned home, the new windows were in and all the old ones were taken away. It made my life easy! All I needed to do was put furniture back that I had moved for them. There were also some holes in walls that I'll need to patch that looked like had been made when the windows were removed. And now, I sit by an open window (that I was able to open with one finger rather than the gargantuan effort it used to take) and enjoy the nice breeze. I shouldn't have waited so long.

We called four different window companies and they were by far the cheapest. They replaced all our upstairs windows except two that were done a few years ago. We've had the windows now for over a year and they're still perfect. They're way more high quality than the two windows installed a few years prior for twice the cost. Wish we would have found them before! I've called a few other companies to bid our basement windows and again (a year later), these guys were over $2k cheaper. When we have the funds for those to be replaced, they'll definitely be the company we go with. We will definitely be calling these guys whenever we need windows replaced from here on out.

The shower wall moves and bangs into the door, causing us severe anxiety because it will surely break. We called the office, and the guy was sooo rude and just hung up on us.
