Her sprinklers went on the correct day/time but they did not stop. They kept running until she unplugged it. She called Steve, left a message explaining how the system would not turn off and if he can come back out or call her back and tell her what to do. No response from Steve. She called a week later, left a message. No response from Steve. Her new watering time is now midnight to 5am. She will have to stay up till midnight to plug in her sprinkler system and set her alarm to get up at 5am to unplug it. I am very disappointed in this company. Taking advantage of my mom. She paid over $600 and I asked her if Steve gave her an invoice or receipt for the work done and she said he didn't give her anything. Stay away from this business, especially if you are elderly.

We originally contacted this company for landscaping our property. Their "landscape specialist"…read morecame out and we expressed that we wanted low maintenance plants and no clutter. He said that he was doing landscaping for 20 years and he would make the property look great. He suggested the names of quite a few plants and said he would have them arranged nicely. We asked for an exact diagram of how the yard would be laid out, but he said the software couldn't produce that but that it would look great. We take responsibility for allowing this to continue without at least a sketch. However, the first thing that needed to be done was to check out the sprinkler system, since their plants are guaranteed only if the sprinkler system is checked. They replaced several sprinklers and did install a rain gauge and a new pre-filter on the reclaimed water, but again the invoice was a bit sketchy. We agreed to proceed with their proposal (again our responsibility) only to take a deeper look later and realize that sprinkler heads that are $10 at Home Depot were costing us over $200! Once the sprinklers were done, plants were delivered and laid out. It looked like a lot of plants, but Nate, the "landscape specialist" assured us that some were small and the larger ones were layered behind them, making for a nice presentation. Once they started to grow, the taller ones were up front blocking the view of what was behind it. There were several variations of flowers that, observed as a whole, looked like the median on the interstate. He then came out and had an excuse that the variety of some of the plants were sent incorrectly, changed them out and moved some others. It looked a bit better but still very cluttered. To finish it off, he suggested crushed rock instead of the larger rocks we asked about saying that they are less expensive and would look good. They look like crushed shell and whenever it rains, they float out of the flower beds. Also, there are so many plants that weed control is almost impossible except for hand pulling as the weeds grow amidst the plants. Several calls were made to make this right, and eventually we were told that they supply the plants, we need to take care of the weeds, and we saved money on the smaller rocks. Quite a few Plants died but they were outside the guarantee period. They were not willing to do anything more. We are in the process now of removing many of the plants, raking back the rocks and putting larger ones on top of them. We are not young people and will have to hire someone else to fix mess. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LANDSCAPING. THE SPRINKLERS WERE OVERPRICED BUT THEY DID GOOD WORK. CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR.

I used him most recently today to fix a problem caused by my landscaper!. I called Phil this morning (on a Saturday) and he arrived this afternoon at the time he promised. Phil assessed the problem and had the sprinkler pipes and heads repaired and properly adjusted within an hour and fixed a couple of other sprinkler heads which were also broken. $$$$$…read more I had four pipes, each approximately a foot and a half long, that required repair. I was charged $220 for two pipes and $165 for the others. Additionally, I was charged $750 for a controller box for a seven-zone system which I found online & it's way cheaper and $50 for a sprinkler, despite mentioning that we had brand new sprinklers I could use, he said they had to use the company ones. Furthermore, zones 5, 6, and 7 were not fixed because the technician was unable to locate the second controller box and the remaining sprinklers. The technician repeatedly mentioned that it was too hot and that we would need to schedule another appointment to fix zones 5, 6, and 7, which would require digging. As a result, I am now fixing zones 5, 6, and 7 myself, after being charged $1730 for a job that took less than two hours. Would not recommend, overall he was nice and professional. Did what he did FAST and left. I would've preferred someone more thorough as we told him it was a gift to my Inlaws having the sprinklers done. I would've preferred someone who did not mind getting the job done especially when you are billing me almost $2000. Next time, I'll ask for a break down of everything beforehand so I can have an idea of what I will be paying.

All…read morePhase Irrigation delivered sod that looked beautiful, but in a few days my yard looked like a checkerboard with green and brown sod. Found out that about half this sod had fungus in it. Bryan replaced some of the brown sod but many pieces of sod turned brown again and this is where the problems begin. I called Bryan the owner two or three times and left a couple of messages at his office to call me. He never called me and blew me off. If you want unprofessional conduct, Bryan is your man. His men, Anthony and Kyle, were great but this problem comes from the top with the owner. I specifically asked the owner if this was the best sod to be purchased and he said the bitter blue sod was muck raised in south Florida and was great sod. After I gave Bryan my $6,500 for the job, I really regretted doing business with him because he did not stand behind his product and would not communicate with me. I had to pay a pest control company every 30 days to treat and try to save this sod. After about three months, the sod started to recover. I wrote a negative review on Bryan's website and he immediately wanted me to take it down and said it had no merit. I told him I stand by my review as accurate and that he caused a lot of anguish for our family because of the fungus in the sod and how it looked. He came to my house after four months of not caring and took pictures of my lawn and said how nice it looked. The sod looks good now because of what I did to save it and paid a lot of money to save it not because of what Bryan did to help. I resent any person in business who plays games like this and tries to turn a bad situation in their favor. Bryan has made his own bed and has shown his true colors and now he can lay in it.
