Me being a brand new home owner, I had no idea what was going on. All I saw was a flood of water surrounding the perimeter of my house including my lawn, driveway, sideways, etc. We talked over the phone, and they walked us through closing the main irrigation switch. It wasn't easy especially with all the water. They came first thing in the morning to assess the problem. They explained everything to us, fixed it, as well as did a few things such as updating our scheduled times on our irrigation system, and closing up some sprinklers that we didn't need. They are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! We greatly appreciate their help!

Called them out for my mom who had been having outrageously high water bills. Pasco County water couldn't provide any help other than to say replace the irrigation timer, so we called JDI and they did just that. They not only were on time and very efficient in switching out the old timer with a new one, but also checked all of the zones, sprinkler heads and provided us with a report stating everything they checked and that they found everything working in good and proper working order.
