From the first meeting I knew that this was a person I wanted to do business with: his equipment was spotless as was his person. He had already researched and found the plan of my roof and its size. He didn't try to "up sell" me to a roof that I didn't need. Once he had given me the estimate for replacement of the roof a (which was pleasantly lower than my insurer had expected) and I had selected the color, things moved quickly. The entire job was done in two days. His employees were in his mold: on time and ready to work, absolutely focused on the work and cleaning up as they went along. The supervisor checked with me frequently to make certain that I was pleased with the work and had no concerns about access to the house or the garage. At the end of the second day all evidence of the work had been cleaned up. I am totally delighted with the experience and the roof! I recommend Burris without qualification. They roofed over it knowing it wasn't right. They worked until after dark. He figured we wouldn't notice it. All he wanted was the check. After we noticed it a couple days later I called him. He came over, said one of his men told him about it before he roofed over it, but no one informed us. We were there all day. We had plywood to fix it. My husband could have helped. It should have been dealt with before they roofed over it instead of trying to hurry up and hide it. So then he said he would come back in a few days and fix it. Two weeks went by. Heard nothing. I called. He wouldn't answer. He then came over; said it wasn't his responsibility. What?? Are you kidding me?
