I used this company for my counters. The counters turned out okay, some chips and some missing caulking...but then I used Daniel (Juan's cousin) for "extras." Hook back up my sinks and to install a 6" ceramic tile back splash. He said it would be installed the next day and it was an easy job for him-he just needed me to get the tile. So I made my son take off work to get the tile the next day, drive 2 hours away from my house to the warehouse-just for Daniel to tell him he can't install it when he came to my house. He arrived 4 different times with various excuses. He even changed the price since he said the price was for a 2" border. Who puts a 2" tile border around their bathroom sink when the stock counter backsplash is 6". So I agreed to pay him more-even though I know he was scamming me. I paid over 1k alone to him to hook up 2 small bathrooms, a master bedroom and a kitchen sink back up, but not after he made me buy all the parts-and him complaining on how much work it was. It was always something. One time he showed up and was just in my driveway on the phone the whole time (once again had my son take off work for nothing). I would have to keep bugging him to come out, I'd take off work-just to him to have him come up with some excuse. My favorite was when he said he couldn't do a spacers for a grout line all of a sudden. Now this is 2 weeks after they should have been done, once again I took off work to be home. He also all of a sudden said he didnt realize I was going to have ceramic pencil liners on the tile (I had the tile for weeks (he has looked at it and told me to get those liners-I sent pictures to make sure I got what he wanted). He just doesn't want to work. The best was getting him refund me for my money. It was me bugging him and him telling me that my number couldn't be Zelled...but it's the same way I paid him. I wasted a lot of time and money missing work for this unreliable company. I was going to use them for my floors, but after I saw how hard it was to get him to do my backsplash and counters...I'm going with someone else. read more
