My primary physiotherapist was Joanne. My first visit, she put me through several exercises to assess my injury. The next step was to go over recommended exercises to help with my recovery. She let me know that if I had any reservations about being in the common area with everyone else, they were able to set me up somewhere else. Not every physio facility is able to do that so this was definitely a bonus. Subsequent visits were more treatment oriented like using the TEMS machine and some soft tissue treatment. They had assistants of both genders and I was asked if I was okay being treated hands on by those of the opposite gender. The staff are all very pleasant and courteous. Very happy to have my treatments here.

If you have an appointment after 6pm, you need to tell security to give you elevator access. I've been coming here for physio with Cole Keddie, he has been helping me with my injury. He is very knowledgeable and organized, providing me with follow-up instructions after my appointments etc. The receptionist is also very nice and helpful. I like that they offer appointments after 5pm, so I can go after work. The facility is very clean. They do direct billing to insurance. I highly recommend!

Each visit was a 20 minute session. 5-10 minutes of mild adjusting and the rest was just speaking with the physiotherapist about exercises I could do at home. I didn't find any relief until I sought treatment elsewhere. Then they submitted invoices to my insurance company for 1 hour sessions to get more money. Overall I did not have a good experience and they tried to significantly reduce funding that I actually need to use to get better. Really disappointed in that kind of dishonest behaviour.

They prescribe exercises that not only help, but prevent and fix any issues you may have. I ended up coming back for a massage and another small issue (back is sore after long volleyball days) and they really work. Massages suck, they hurt but man are they effective. This was also not a one off with one great staff member, I've had a total of 3 different people work on/with me and all easily 5/5.
