I completely forgot to review this amazing place! Came here for a couples massage about a month ago. My boyfriend is very ticklish and had never had a massage, and so when I explained this to the staff they were extremely caring and assured me they would be very careful. They made him feel very welcome and at ease in their mannerisms. They told us exactly what to do and have achieved a great balance of making light of things while not seeming to make fun of a person. To my great surprise, he even said he wanted to go back for another sometime!! So hopefully soon we can come back. Afterward, as I was expecting the usual spa-product-push, they did nothing of the sort. I was shown a few samples of this anti-oxidant drop stuff that I was curious about, given information, told to research it, and come back if I wanted some. I really liked that! The ladies here are really sincere, smart people and in the future I will be coming back more often! There isn't a solid number range for the prices so I put "moderate" but thats sort of subjective. I have been suffering in severe pain the past week in my shoulder and down my right arm. It got to the point just lifting a pen was excruciating. I have a future doctors appointment but could not wait for it, I knew I needed relief NOW! I was able to get into see Pam an hour after I called for an opening. SHE IS A MIRACLE WORKER! I am still in pain but only about 5-10% of what it was. I can even dial my phone now without cringing. I am simply amazed at her expertise in knowing where the point of aggravation was and she attacked it with full force, within in 10 minutes of her working on that one area my arm no longer hurt. My sister just moved to Salem so I wanted to find a great spa nearby where we could catch up and relax during my visit. We booked the Touch of Bliss packages which includes a massage, pedicure & facial. From start to finish, everyone was great! We got neck warmers and tea while we filled out our intake forms. My sister also got to go in the sauna for a little bit before our appointment. We did a couples room for our massages which were very relaxing. I'm pregnant so no major pressure for me, but it was relaxing nonetheless. We were then whisked to our pedis. Kimmie & Malinda were so sweet and hilarious. We had a lot of fun! Kimmie then did my sister's facial & Mya did mine. It was like heaven. Their organic Eminence products are fantastic and smell great! The whole day was BLISS. I definitely recommend checking them out. It looks like a small little place, but they have lots of treatment rooms! Had a full day spa treatment! It wasn't even that expensive for what I got - 90 min massage, spa pedicure, french tip toe paint, an amazing facial, with some waxing and including tips and a new bottle of cleanser @ 350.00. The products are of the highest quality organic, food grade deliciousness. Everything smells like a smoothie or pie and the customer service was great. The only thing I missed was facial extractions, but I never clarified if they were part of the facial. Definitely going back and bringing friends~~! read more

I was in town for a wedding and needed a quick fix for my nails. To start off I did a walk in appointment, which they accommodated for very nicely! Since I recently started a new dip nail polish on my nails, they had not seen/dealt with it there (and many other places I looked up in Oregon). But my nail stylist was so welcoming and gentle and did a great job removing my nail polish. Very impressed and since I am not a resident, I will be buying gift cards for close family to here. The receptionist was kind and accommodating while waiting for service. My therapist, Candi was very professional in the brief consultation. I requested firm pressure and she delivered perfectly. Amazing gel manicure by Lily. If you are having a manicure, ask for Lily. She is the sweetest and one of the most professional manicurist I have ever encountered. I had been moving and my nails looks pretty sad. Lily revived my cuticles and my nail beds were super clean. My gel manicure was perfect. She was meticulous with every layer of polish. Lily's work station was the cleanest station I have ever seen. She was very patient with me after feeling like a noodle (I had a massage before my manicure). Once I regained my senses and came out of my massage bubble, we had a very nice conversation. I feel like she took her time with my nails and that is greatly appreciated. I didn't catch the name of the receptionist but she was a sweet heart and took the time to actually converse with me and made me feel like they cared about their clients. Kim was amazing! I was so tight and sore and Kim made me feel so much better just minutes into the massage. I will be going back and I recommend Kim for anyone that is tight and needs a good work out of knots. The room was cold. The wrap was supposed to be pumpkin did not smell at all like it. Actually had a dirt or mud odor. After applied wrap, placed a sheet over me. Was miserable and cold and now had sheet over wetness of wrap. The massage was only decent thing about the experience. But was difficult to enjoy since literally tense because so cold in the room and now overly slathered with oil or lotion. Soaking wet in oil and again with same wet sheet from wrap. Was such a miserable and expensive experience. Plus booked so many at same time, we were lined against wall not able to sit when entered. Nothing relaxing or pleasant, uncomfortable and akward from check in to check out. read more

I had the "touch of bliss" package and Added a pedi. Looooooved every second. The place is beautiful. Crown moldings top of the line everything. The front desk gal was standing waiting for me and said hello to me by name. this was my first time here. The sheets for the massage were so awesome and they seemed pressed as well! The smells of the massage were amazing. She had me breathe in eucalyptus which is my favorite scent. It was a 30 min massage but by golly I wish it were 90! I then had a facial and I tell ya, after that my face was really glowing. The smells of the skin care were amazing as well. I then moved to the pedicure and manicure room. They have these huge comfy leather lazy boys that are up on this platform and u actually have to climb a step stool to get into! The tubs they have for your feet actually roll in and they are these huge clay bowls with rocks in the bottom. My dry skin was all removed and she spent a lot of time on the shape of my toenails and removing all the cuticles. She also had a warm neck pillow thing for me, a blanket and also made me a blueberry tea!! Soooo good! I really want to go back here. The place was hoppin too so you know it's a good place. There was at least 5-10 other customers there when I was. I could live there! Only thing I wished for was a flower or something on my toe, but that is so minimal. The folks that work here are all nicely dressed and they all seem to be very courteous of one another. Won't forget my wonderful time. read more

I booked our appointment in the couples room so she would be more comfortable for her first time. Robin and Tina were very understanding and had no issues explaining the service details. Throughout the massage Tina (who had my mother) was very attentive to her MANY problem areas that have been causing her pain over a long period time. She answered all of her questions and gave her exactly what she needed! I really appreciate it because my mom deserved to have this relief finally! We will be coming back upon her request about wanting to follow up and get more therapeutic assistance but this time with a 90 minute! This was a terrible experience. It's crazy that there are so many positive reviews yet our massages were so bad! I treated my boyfriend to a couples massage a few months ago since I love them so much and he'd never had a massage before. I was excited for a relaxing, romantic experience. Instead, our therapists would not stop chatting, both with each other (talking about other clients(!), how one of them massages this one guy's groin, etc.) and with us. Small talk should not be part of a massage experience! On top of that the pressure was terrible for my boyfriend. He didn't know that it was okay to ask her to increase it and since she never bothered to ask him, he ended up having a gentle back rub instead of a deep, stress-relieving massage as requested. I emailed the business about this experience, but never heard back. We both walked out feeling more tense than when we arrived. What a total waste of $160! read more
