Simply Comfort has rendered excellent and unparralled services to their customer which has surpassed all wrong notions I had about their expertise.This was proved by the exceptional service extended by Liby Thomas ,Regional Sales Manager and Ashley Tatarinova ,Vice President Business Development.I was in a confused predicament about my charges on several of my products from Simply Comfort since there was no transparency on the modus of the billing process .My request for clarification was responded promptly by Ashley and she made arrangements to send her best person to my house to help me comprehend things better .This person was none other that the Regional Sales Manager ,Liby Thomas.He came over today and spend a couple of hours to explain and shed more clarity on how the system works and demonstrate operation of the NEST thermostat .He was very patient and did not show the panic either in his voice or actions .He patiently took the time to express his purpose of visit and ensure that his customer got the best value of the products .This indeed makes one feel that the money they spent on Simply Comfort Products is not an extravaganza but a valuable investment in the long run.I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill set that Liby had.He even went above and beyond to help me fill up the water softener with salt which of course is not a part of his job.He offered to come again to ascertain that I was confident on NEST operating system.I was very impressed with this exceptional rendition and was relieved that I am in fact not wasting my money but adding to my earnings over time .Highly appreciate the prompt response from Asley Tatarinova and acknowledging the concerns of a customer and above all directing actions on a positive track .Having an employee like Liby Thomas would be a valuable asset for any organization.I have high regards for Liby and his professional approach to resolving customer complaints.He recognizes the fact that customers are a strong foundation for the success of any business and today he proved this by giving his positive commitment to my grievance.Thank you Liby and Thanks to Ashley for directing the right person on this errand. read more

I bought a house in March 2016 and during the purchase was informed there is a rental on the property for Air Conditioning. We agreed and proceeded. Upon purchase of the property several months went by and there was no invoice or bill sent to us regarding this unit, we looked at the contract and that company info was no longer valid it said closed business. Then in October 2016 we sold this property and at the time the property was to be sold there was a lien against the house for this AC. We contacted them lien holder and they said we have no details of this account and dragged the file with my lawyers for weeks. Finally someone from Simply Comfort sent my lawyer a random invoice for $7000 + stating that we had to pay this much in order to remove the lien. I contacted this firm and they have no documents to show this amount as to why it is so high, and this is an old AC purchased by previous owner who was a very elderly man and woman. They had been paying this company $80+/month just for the AC. What a scam. However, on our part there was no documentation to explain this amount just a random invoice with no invoice #. I have since sent this company to the superior court early January 2017 and am awaiting a court date. It looks like this old couple had let these people into their house and they had scammed them into paying so much for 1 AC unit, which we all know what the actual cost is in the market now. $7000 for one old AC unit is ridiculous and this sort of scam should not be allowed in a place like Canada. I hope that my file with the courts will bring about a class action suit against this firm. This company also had 2 names on their invoice - SImply Comfort and Ontario Home consumers Inc. Both with same building address and different units. Isnt it interesting that as my lawyers contacted them in regards to asking them to remove the lien, I immediately also got a bill in my mailbox that same week of Oct 2016 saying that I was being sent to collections for not making monthly payments on the AC. However, for the past 7 months of ownership of the house I didnt receive a single bill. read more

The HVAC and Water systems they provided were great, with no complaints. I used Simply Comfort's services to upgrade the HVAC and Water Systems for my workplace. They give the best quality Furnaces and AC. They installed Lennox equipment and gave an amazing rate. Better than the rates of other companies and the other companies also give lower quality equipment! Our furnace and ac were serviced by another provider for the past 7 years. After most recent annual maintenance, the technician mentioned that he recommends replacing the furnace since some components seemed to be damaged by moisture and it was not safe to continue using it. They provided a quick estimate that seemed high, so we decided to shop around. A good friend recommended Simply Comfort since they did a great job replacing their ac this past summer, so we called and asked for an estimate. Out of 4 places we have called, Simply Comfort call center guys were the most professional. By the time I got home from work, the installers were almost done replacing the furnace. So impressed with Simply Comfort! They recently came into our house just to check the water heater and we asked the representative, Alex Vorobiev, information on changing our furnace and air conditioning. Alex was terrific! He sat down with us and gave us detailed information, answering all our questions and really making us feel completely comfortable with him and the company. When we decided to go ahead with the job, he set things up and made himself available to us for follow-up. Very professional! They came in within the week. Worst Service EVER!!!! We had Simply Comfort install the Nest Thermostat and were locked into a three year contract which included yearly maintenance of our furnace and air conditioner at a price of $45/month. After over a year of $45.00/month payments and no maintenance on anything, we asked to cancel and buy out the contract and our final payment is $794.62 (for a $350 nest). One the invoice/buyout quote there is a charge of $299.00 for "Admin fees." BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS. The representative assisted us in better understanding our current gas bill and showed us areas where we could save some money. Called Simply Comfort because an electrician botched the simple job of giving my whole home humidifier an independent power source and fried the control board of my furnace. The staff that initially answered the phone were very professional. Ravi came to our house to check on the water softener he installed a few months ago. He was very meticulous and knowledgeable, and pointed out that our smoke detectors were expired. With a baby the house this was a quite a shock to us! He sat with us and went through all the options we had. We are currently in the process of updating to nest smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Ravi and anochan had come by my house for a 24 point inspection and safety check. They had done an amazing job explaining the equipment and teaching us how it works. The HVAC system at my store was giving me problems all winter and so I was shopping around to get it fixed or replaced. Ravi came by to our house to conduct a post inspection for our water softener. He was amazing and checked our smoke detectors to see if they were up to date. It was a good thing he did check because they were not updated. We would have gotten fine if the fire marshall had checked.
