It was such a pleasure being able to find Genesis through Facebook wedding groups out of OC and working with her and her assistant, Tu Tran. I booked her as my day-of coordinator to help with logistics for the reception! The tasks she helped me included but was not limited to: setting up our DIY floral centerpieces (bud vases) + floating candles in hurricane vases, setting up our welcome table, easels, and just making sure my husband and I were able to get a bite of food in before getting to the business of the entire party. I know 100% that I wasn't able to capture everything she was able to help us on, but again I'm extremely appreciative of her + Tu Tran staying calm and cool under pressure. They were extremely flexible -- we intended to have party favors left at each individual seat and forgot them at home! Someone brought them and they were able to set them up quickly and seamlessly. She was also in contact with all our vendors like boba bar + DJ/Emcee and I was able to relax as the bride! We had a zoom call about a week prior to the wedding, going over the wedding timeline and I was extremely appreciative of all her rigorous note taking, attention to detail, and some suggestions to make our night more enjoyable for ourselves and our guests! I had such a wonderful experience working with Genesis and Josephine as my day-of coordinators. Even though it's called "day-of," they met with me over Zoom two to three times before the wedding to go over every detail.
