We worked with Claudia for 2-month coordination for our wedding. I love that she offers this service - not many other planners do! I knew I would need an extra set of hands (and brain) for those two months before the big day, and Claudia was absolutely invaluable to have on our team. She coordinated meetings and follow ups with all of my selected vendors for all the details and timelines. She is thorough, organized, offered incredibly helpful suggestions, and always made herself available for us with whatever we needed. Claudia was with us for the entire day - 5am when first hair & makeup chair started all the way through 11pm reception close and even later for clean up. My photo + video team (who already offers longer event hours than most) said they've never seen a coordinator truly dedicate the entire day to her couples. This means that someone who knows the entire plan for the day is always present - and that person doesn't have to be you! Again - absolutely invaluable. On the day of, having Claudia and her team truly allowed us to enjoy the day and be present at our wedding. You can't put a price on that - that is the #1 regret people have on their wedding day. She coordinated with the reception venue and vendors to execute a change of plans for rain in the evening, and while this would probably have made me stressed out of my mind had she not been there, we honestly stopped thinking about it. Where to begin. Planning a wedding during COVID was no easy task. From having to postpone our wedding to changing the venue altogether - we pretty much started from scratch and had 4-5 months to plan. That's where Claudia came in. Although this post is way overdue, I have to tell you how amazing Claudia was in helping my husband and I achieve our vision for a Hawaiian themed/beach wedding! First of all, I am type A personality, everything perfect and I have to be hands on all the decisions type of person! In other words, other event planners I interviewed made me feel like I was burdening them (u know when u get the big eye look and eye rolls).
