Copied from my Google review: Initially, there was a snag with our scheduled tour of their Lake Forest showroom (they misplaced our phone number to confirm our appointment) but we made up by skipping right to the in-home consultation at the 2nd attempt. My kids' closets turned out better than I was anticipating. I'm jealous that they have nicer closets than my husband and I do Shoutout to Classy Closets' senior designer Meryl Wayne. She was very helpful with her designs and honest opinion about what will work best in our space and industry practices. She was also super patient with us and accommodating as I shared my vision and when I needed additional time to decide after going into spontaneous delivery and getting busy with a newborn. Love the results! (Also, they were fantastically less expensive than California Closets for comparable quality ) Note: Closet doors were NOT part of this project. read more

I contacted Classy Closets along with 2 other closet companies, one of which I'd used before for the closet installation in my house - for quotes. Jaye was the rep I worked with for my design and pricing. The installers were Gerardo and Oscar. They were all fantastic. Honest, professional, punctual, and did exactly what they'd committed to doing for my project. Very happy with them. I was going to use the company I've always used because I was happy with their work, price, lifetime warranty, and the rep whose been there for many years. But because this time I was doing a custom built-in office plus a basic closet organizer, I had to get additional quotes and designs to compare. Everyone was close in price with the exception of Closets World through Costco. They were the most expensive despite their discount and Costco rebate. I chose to go with Classy Closets in the end because their selection of products better suited my needs, and they demonstrated going to whatever extent was needed to earn my business, and to make sure I'm 100% happy and satisfied during and after the completion of my project. Even after the job was done, I needed some fans and the display panel installed into one of the doors, and they went ahead and scheduled that to be done. It did cost an extra $85 which I was trying to get them to not charge me for, but it was extra work to send out their installer so I paid for it. They did have one problem on the side table top having been cut short, but Gerardo told me that they would come back in a couple of days with the right size and get that put in. The day they came back I was having the room painted so they worked with the painter to get that done so that project didn't have to stop. They were very mindful of my situation and I appreciated that. The workmanship is superb. The quality of the material is amazing and the customer service was great. Jaye's post follow-up was good too. She checked in on things and we got the last items hammered out and agreed to and it was a great experience. I felt that I made the right decision going with Classy Closets. The best part is that my home office now looks spectacular and it's all thanks to the Classy Closets team of professionals. She's excellent at listening to the needs then incorporating them into the designs so there's a few variants to choose from at different price points. Would consider them very competitive to others and they're excellent at communicating from setting up an appointment, taking measurements, the design, the approval, tear down, and install. I did extensive research looking for a closet company to come out and do some closets along with redoing my laundry room. I decided to go with Classy Closets for a few reasons. First was the designer Meryl. She had great ideas and was a pleasure to work with. She went that extra mile and I really appreciated that. She knew exactly what would work in my walk in closet for my needs and she came up with a great design for my laundry room which is on the small side. The other two reasons were the price and the reviews from Yelp. Their price was very fair and the product they use is very good quality. Little did I know how even more pleased I would be that I went with Classy Closets on the day of install. Their installers (Francisco and Jose) were wonderful. Classy Closets did an outstanding job building a complete closet system in my 2 story home. They designed, fabricated and installed complete custom closet system for all my house including the laundry room. I had total of six (6) closets completely gutted to empty shell then 100% paneled on all the walls with unique custom closet layout to accommodate each of the rooms. I contacted Classy Closets to install a pantry and coat closet. Our pantry was small and awkwardly designed so I was not sure if they would be able to change the design into something we wanted. We worked with Jaye and she completed the measurements, and sent us a digital design of what we wanted. We were very happy with the completed pantry and coat closet.
