My husband got me an ensemble from one particular contemporary jewelry artist for Christmas. The necklace was just slightly too tight. I thought we were going to drop it off and have an extension put on. The girl did it right away and came out and put it on me! It looks so nice. It didn't seem like much time, but it didn't matter because I was completely lost in all the beautiful jewelry pieces on display. The other girl patiently showed me a bunch of pieces and answered all my questions. We will definitely stop back in any time we are in Mystic. I had a GREAT experience today. Staff asked if they could help, and they located a pair of earrings I was looking for that I didn't see displayed. I told them they were for an upcoming photo shoot and, when I accidentally left them on the store counter, one of the staff jumped in her car to find me. She didn't, but she did offer to meet me half way so I didn't have to drive an hour to get them! Or she offered to mail them to me at their expense. Who does that anymore?!
