This is a Boost cell store,but the guy does ask what company your service is with. So I'm wondering what other cell phone bill you can pay here? Question I must ask! Well I come here every month to pay my cell phone. I've been coming here for over a year or more. The guy that works here owns the store. He's pretty cool. I've purchased a few items from him here. He's pretty knowledgeable about cell phones. I know you can also pay your smud and Comcast bill here too. Not sure what other bills they do,and there is a $3. fee for each bill and cell phone payment. Its never too busy here, but today I come and have to wait a good minute due to a man having problems with his phone. He's not happy and yelling loud, but the man that works here is pretty calm. I've seen that there are not many of these boost stores around, this one is located right here at the corner of Freeport and Sutterville across from William Lane park and the parking lot is shared with other businesses so its stays full often. I just had broken my IPhone 8+ screen and thought it was going to cost me an arm and leg to replace, fortunately the guys at Simply Mobile assured me not to worry they could replace it but also have it for me the next day!!!! Great customer service. Very friendly and informative about the different cell phone carriers. I went to another cell phone place to have my number ported but they were unfamiliar with it so I came here. Didn't have to wait that long to have my phone number ported from my old carrier to new.
