Nonetheless, both times they called back a little while later and left a voicemail, so I appreciated the reach out! They answered both times when I called them back afterwards and everything was set. Halina is who took care of me the entire time and I absolutely adored her! So down-to-earth, friendly, and absolutely great at her job. I got a 90-minute signature facial ($120) and it was worth every penny. I didn't even know this came with it but she also massaged my arms, shoulders, and feet! I felt so relaxed and my skin was flawlessly hydrated after. I loved every part of the facial, even the extraction (she made it as painless as possible). The employee took about 2.5 hours for the entire procedure. She was also taking walk ins for eye brow threading. I had the setting solution on for literally an hour while she was working on other people. My lashes are not even lifted that much, mine typically go straight down but now they are just straight out and curled on the ends. Also, once she finished she did not give me any instructions for afterwards, no spoolie, nothing. I was very disappointed in the service.
