The shop has an amazing selection of quality beach inspired jewelry, the latest trends in sweatshirts and tee shirts (including long sleeve), and hats. The prices are not high for the quality offered. Also available are home items such as mugs, wall art, table top decor and local named signs. They also carry beach towels, sunscreen, boogie boards, sand toys. The family carefully selected jewelry, hooded sweatshirts, sweat pants, and t-shirts. We had fun, and it was Grandma's treat! The friendly owner and two knowledgeable young staff were very helpful and made shopping easy by locating sizes and styles. There is a dressing room available. One negative is the small amount of children's clothing available. Anchor stores include Staples and Shaws grocery which are not accessible from inside the mall area. Entering the mall on the far right you will encounter a wide hall with a few benches, community bulletin boards and public restrooms. Walk to the end and turn left to enter the mall. Restrooms here need help. Ladies room door is stuck open, neither of the two stalls lock or provide privacy (gaps) and the hand dryer struggles. Definitely in need of attention for safety and privacy sake. They are clean. Entering the mall on the far left gives access to the gym and sporting goods store. Turn right to access the rest of the mall. Center entrance takes you by a long chocolatier shop displaying tasty treats for sale. Other shops inside include a book shop, Panera, science store and Paper store. It's a small area overall. Not one you'd stop in to 'walk the mall'. The shops we browsed are clean and well organized. Inside and outside shopping in this area covers a lot of your daily needs.

I was long overdue for a treat, so I paid Amber a visit this past weekend & my heart grew three sizes that day. I heart Amber, her energy, her taste, her philosophies, her creativity, & her genuine, infectious laugh. Every bit of Nico Scout reflects Amber & every bit of Amber is reflected in Nico Scout. What a selection of products! When I don't know what to get someone as a gift, I go to Nico Scout. Amber has done the hard work of thinking & collecting & curating, so that I can just show up & get inspired. I always find something for someone, & it's usually something I never knew existed. Last year I found an incredible book in the store about Black American musicians & the conception of jazz. I didn't know this book existed & didn't know I needed it until I saw it. It came home with me, of course, & was a perfect gift for a good friend of mine. Books, clothes, knick knacks, art, pottery, plants, homewares, etc. There is so much goodness here, running the entire gamut of price. There's something for every person & every budget here.
