Many of the stores have changed over the years, and more than a handful have stood the test of time & remain every bit as special. One thing you can always count on is delicious beach town like, special foods like fudge, fudge covered apples, ice cream... a variety of restaurants. This time there was a whole shop with unique honeys that you can sample and next door one with olive oils. If you haven't gone here, you must. It's right next to the aquarium.

Everything seems well-made. The upstairs remains closed off, and as a result of that and the expansion of the snack area the space for exhibits is a bit smaller than some years back. But times move on... We like visiting, and we usually find something we want.

All the employees in the shops are just so sweet- never ran into a bad one. I enjoy walking around here every single store front has something in it, it's not a dead area with random shops closed. It's pretty much always busy, but doesn't get so crowded you have anxiety. I have brought my mom here a few times and she also enjoys it. We spend half a day here and grab something to eat as well. I recommend shopping, then eating, and then doing more shopping. I somehow always end up getting tea or coffee to go from one of the shops, and also recommend getting one to treat yourself.
