He was the last one I met with, and I knew immediately he was who I wanted to work with. My instincts were right. Our roof was replaced 2 days ago, and I couldn't be happier. I hesitate to recommend contractors, not everyone will have the same experience, but I have zero reservations with recommending this company. I even offered my phone number to Marcos if anyone wants to speak to a recent customer. Yes, that helps the company, but I'm just trying to pay it forward. It was all the amazing reviews others left online that made me call Marcos in the first place. So thank you to everyone who took the time. Since the building is both commercial and residiential, one of the biggest concerns was minimizing disruption to tenants, and of course keeping everything on budget and organized. From the start, Royal Renovators seemed to understand these concerns and put together a plan that worked around the building's daily operations. The existing roof was removed, damaged areas were addressed/fized, and a new roofing system was installed along with snazzy updated flashing and drainage improvements. Communication throughout the project was - chefs kiss - and we always knew what stage things were in. As expected, there were additional conditions unconvered that needed to be addressed. But, these guys were transparent about it, laid out the options like they did before, and it didnt turn into pressure or surprises. What stood out was how transparent they were when additional conditions were uncovered. Every decision was discussed beforehand and documented with photos. In the end, the new roof was completed on time, and is performing exactly as expected.
