One unit was damaged/refurbished and we wanted it to be replaced. They said that unit always looks like that (not true - we've seen it elsewhere and it looked brand new without the problems of the doors that they delivered to us). We then wanted a credit against a different replacement unit and they offered a ridiculous fraction of our cost. We then had them pick up the unit on July 30, 2021. They took the unit but refuse to refund our money. In my opinion, they are a bad company to do business with and I would suggest that you shop elsewhere.

Many text messages (they *do not* answer their phone - it goes straight to voicemail, telling you to text them) later, they've stopped even replying to text messages.
