STAY AWAY. We rented a unit AND purchased the additional $2k insurance that they offered. They told us that our unit was completely covered by this policy with nothing to worry about. When we came to move everything out... the unit had flooded at some point. EVERYTHING is destroyed. We were reassured by the staff member that everything was okay because we had the insurance. The insurance company came back with an exclusion in our policy that nothing is covered since it was via flooding or surface waters that got into the storage unit. read more

My experience is not with their storage, but with trying to purchase a box in their front office. They sell different sized boxes and if you're wanting to buy just one of their really large sized ones, you might want to save yourself a trip and not stop here. The woman that was there working when I stopped said she couldn't sell me the box size I wanted because "it was part of a set" and she "couldn't break up the set because that would be unfair to other people." To me, this was a strange reason because no one else was shopping there and I could see the door open to their back room and it was packed full of boxes. If it were me, I would sell the customer the box and then simply replace said box with another for the set. No Biggie! But unfortunately, this employee did not feel the same way. I left the store and was feeling pretty frustrated. But, I was able to find that size of box at another local store. read more
