I ended up paying less than $200 for 22 units of Botox once the new patient discount was factored in. My ONLY issue was the other employee in the waiting room who was talking loudly about her anti-vaxx views and her opposition to pro-vaxx legislation. People are entitled to believe whatever they like, however much I may disagree, and I was not going to pick a fight over this issue with other people around because that isn't who I am; however, there's a time and a place for that kind of discussion, and it's not the waiting room at your workplace with patients within earshot. SHADY. Sign an NDA and THEN you'll get your refund!!! They scratched up my face during a careless dermaplaning facial. This was after they fumbled their way through a microneedling, that they didn't even know how to wipe the blood off of my face before letting me out in public. I complained and they first offered me a full refund if I signed something saying I wouldn't talk negatively about them to WARN customers about their questionable business practices, and when I agreed they flip flopped and said I'd only get a partial refund. I refused and would rather keep my honesty, even though I am owed $650, $220 of which is only for services not yet rendered. I am NEVER coming back here, use your judgment and trust the red flags you see with this business. Stick to anesthesiology Dr Narine, there are much better medical spa's in Temecula with better qualified and more experienced doctors. This review is specifically based on my experience with aesthetician Christa Powell. When first meeting Christa, I found her to be unfriendly and cold but I didn't think anything of it in the beginning. She gave me some information on skin care which was very general (not anything you couldn't find with a basic internet search). But that wasn't the worst part of the experience; at some point during the conversation, Christa kept asking me about "my country." And I was confused and quiet at first because I didn't understand what she meant. I've lived in the US my entire life and am a US citizen and I don't speak with an accent...why would she think I'm from another country and if so, how did this matter. I quickly realized it mattered to her because she was biased against me (most likely because my skin color is not white). Her tone and cold behavior also made sense at that point; it was fueled with implicit bias from the moment she saw me. I was completely surprised by it all and couldn't believe someone like her was in a service oriented business. Needless to say, I do not recommend Christa Powell! read more
