The friendly staff helped us at the counter by the ice cream and then pointed around the counter corner to the topping station. It wasn't super clear when we first arrived, but every single ice cream comes with a topping (and syrups, whipped cream, and cherry), The only upcharges are the fancy cones, float creation, size upgrades, or additional toppings. The service was great and the bright and colorful vibes inside were fun. We really appreciated the kid play area, too. We all enjoyed our ice cream. My son got dairy free and couldn't tell the difference, I had soft serve and it was creamy and delish (not icy like some versions), and the rest of my fam had various hand scooped flavors that they loved. All good! I wouldn't buy a special-occasion cake from anyone but Crowder Creations. But my family is totally addicted to the cupcakes. Unlike other cupcake places, these are a bit smaller and not completely buried in icing. Don't get me wrong, I like icing, but I prefer the icing to be in proportion to the cake; most cupcake places emphasize the frosting, so you end up with a hunk of icing with an afterthought of cake underneath. These are just right. There are many, many flavors. Our favorite, so far, is Almond Amaretto. Yummy! I also like the Strawberry Delite.
