The waitress informed us that "Donna" does the cooking and she has daily specials. I asked for a small sample. The menudo was deep red with large pieces of tripe. The tripe was soft and I could tell it was cleaned well before being cooked. A lil added seasoning and It accompanied the flavoring. Decent menudo for my taste. It was a great lunch and will definitely be a come back spot.
