Our stainless steel refrigerator front nor dishwasher had even been WIPED DOWN. The sinks had not been touched and someone else hair was in it! The landing I specifically asked to be cleaned the steps still had coffee dips all over. Our family room, which is a walk-out, still had Leaves and Cheetos on the floor. Dusting... HA WHAT DUSTING? This was all on our main floor... I hadn't even made it to the second floor at this time... I was in astonishment of the LACK OF ANYTHING BEING CLEANED! Sooooooo, I called the owner, and she came out, snapped a few pictures, and sent a 2nd crew. After the second crew had left: MY ASTONISHMENT CONTINUED... Landing still same with coffee drippings, hair (not my own) now on the back of the toilet, Cheetos still on the floor, front glass door untouched, glass fireplace door untouched....
