Went to this salon to have acrylics removed and replaced with gel nail polish. The lady used a grinding tool to smooth the nail. Did not notice at the time since painted over with nail polish. When the nail polish bubbled a few days later, this was what it looked like. Not going back. read more

My worst nail experience ever. I came here because of the good reviews so I figured I'd leave my experience. I had my natural nails cut down to the bed, I was in absolute shock and shaking the entire time from the pain! The cherry on top was when I was going to pay, they tried to charge me 42 dollars for a 35 dollar service. Coincidentally 20% more (as if I wasn't going to tip). I called them out on it even though I tipped anyway from getting three of my nails brutally clipped here. Never again! read more

The ladies at this nail salon are super friendly and nice. Sometimes after services, they would give me a back massage. They are capable of many different intricate designs and have a wide variety of gels/ nail polishes to choose from. I have been going to this nail salon for half a year, they are very clean and follow covid protocols; washing hands before service, wearing masks, glass in between nail tech and client, disinfecting chairs, tables, and tools, and social distancing. read more

The first time I came here was good i dont know her name but the sister of the owner does a good job. The second time i came the owner did my nails and she did a TERRIBLE job. I kept telling her I didn't like it & she just continued to do what she wanted. She gave me a price that i didnt pay before (i got the same thing done) so I told her I'm not paying more for something i dont even like when it was the SAME service i got the first time I came. She just kept giving me attitude the whole time. So I left. today i wanted to do my nails with the sister so i called before going & they told me i can come that they are not busy at all. I said cool & i went. As soon as i went in the owner grilled me, I nicely said i wanted to wait for the sister & the sister did not acknowledge me. The owner told someone else to tell me that they are booked & i laughed & said you just told me you guys are free. Nope they did not want to take me at all just because I told the owner i didn't like how she did my nails lol which is PATHETIC. I am very respectful and I am very kind so for her to do that it's literally SAD. Get over yourself thats not how you conduct a business. This is what my $35 SNS manicure looks like after only 6 days. Mind you, this is the second time I went back to them to redo the entire manicure because the nails starting lifting after only 4 days. The top coat they used "wasn't working right" according to the nail tech. Apparently another employee did not use it correctly, at least that's what she told me. I was told to come back and the owner would have a new top coat bottle to use. Nope. Same one. Same problem. This place sucks. read more

First time there, I had Tanya, she was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!! She practically performed, basically pain free surgery removing my ingrown toenails ... I hadn't had a peddi or manni since before COVID. (I tipped her well) . The only issue is the quality of the nail polish or top coat the Salon uses. My nails are turning colors after only 1 day. My daughter came with me. My daughter will never go back. Not only was the quality of the nail polish not good for her (it started chipping the next day and they look horrible) but they did her nails while she was getting the peddi and the woman that did her hands was absolutely horrible and very unprofessional! She skipped the cuticles completely on one hand and when the woman who was doing her toes had to fix (actually re-do) 1 of my daughter's finger nails, the woman that did her hands actually interrupted their conversation, while doing a peddi on someone else, she just backed up and interjected herself to explain what she did... lol.. Even I was surprised at the unprofessionalism! I would go back, but bring my own colors and only have Tanya work on me :). read more

I'm so glad that I stumbled on this salon by accident. The first time I came here, it was on a weeknight around 6:15 PM. There were two women who worked there and when I asked if they were still taking customers, they both said yes. Despite them both currently working on customers already, they were very friendly with me. From experience, a lot of salons will not take new customers so close to their closing time. As soon as she was done, Claudia began my pedicure. She was polite and helped me pick my color. Even after closing, she still took her time to do my pedicure and my gel manicure. Definitely left a very good impression. I just came back here today with my mother. Claudia and the other women were polite and the experience was all you'd want from a day at the salon; quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. My mother and I have found our new favorite salon! read more

I really like that this place opens at 9am. Besides from that, the owner was very knowledgeable of what was best for my nails. You can tell she genuinely care and has a passion for her business. Most other places in Bayonne just seem to not care and only want your money but the owner here definitely knew what was right for my damaged nails. read more

So firstly I must say the place is very well kept, it's tidy and Tanya I think was the name of the lady I had she was very nice she took her time and did my hands I went for a acrylic removal and a regular manicure because my supervisor recommended that they're wonderful , maybe the rest of staff but not the owner manager or whatever the hell she is. Tanya after completing one of my hands went and got water in a bowl and placed it in while she worked on the second, the owner got up came to her spoke Spanish and remove the bowl without even saying well sorry this doesn't come with that (which would be the only salon I ever went to that doesn't do that with removal and manicure )that was totally unprofessional of her to do.
