Despite my location being a bit outside of their service area (north of Tampa), they accommodated me and even gave me an appointment after hours (6pm and later). This flexibility was immensely appreciated. Jairo was the main person who responded to my inquiry, while many other companies just had secretaries or robots respond to my inquiry. Being a Yelp user for many years, I know how to sift through companies that care more about volume than their customers. Jairo was honest, fair, and incredibly kind. Some companies would've given me a run for my money, playing on my lack of knowledge about outlets and what not. Jairo did nothing of the sort. He let me know that there was one main GFI that was controlling the rest, and helped me make an informed decision before deciding to replace it. He did the replacement in a matter of 10 minutes, and he even helped me remove a lightbulb that was far outside of my reach so that I could take it to Lowe's for a swap. So he recommended Red Royal. They came out that same day and told us what the problem was. Power from the pole died due to the line being old and it not being buried in a tube. Replacement needed. They were out the following day and started digging WITH SHOVELS. They almost finished the job but the part they needed to connect to the box was not available until Monday. Back early on Monday they got the power going. Inspectors came out (Dunedin) and approved the job. They came back out and buried the line and left it looking like brand new.
