I did not feel like the technician was being dishonest. My mom's phone was not connecting well to the lightning cable and the speaker when holding it up to her ear did not sound good. The tech cleaned out the charger port and the speaker and fixed the issues. The big plus was that he did not charge for the cleaning!!! If you have phone issues, give this shop a try.
