I just had some scratches on the screen so All I wanted was a new screen. I stopped in the store on a whim to see if someone could advise me. Wyatt, the manager, and John were both so helpful! They went beyond the extra mile. Wyatt had me call the helpline while I was sitting in the store. The rep was unable to hear me very well, so Wyatt spoke to him on my behalf. Wyatt really got the ball rolling and the rep reopened claim for a new screen. Voila!! John had the new screen put on in Only 15 minutes!!! I am beyond impressed. The helpful service I received! Togy took it apart and put it back together and he said if I had issues to bring it back for a full screen swap again. Today Thursday December 26 phone started having the same issue and he said he could do nothing about it. It's my problem now. I recommend you take your phone somewhere else because he basically took 216$ dollars from me.

I'm like how does the quote go from one price to another? he stated taxes, I told him I understand taxes but that should've been quoted into the price otherwise why would I go with a higher quote when I couldve went elsewhere for cheaper. upon examining my iPad more, there is still glue and a mess all over it. Joei had told us that to replace the battery, he would have to remove the screen and it would potentially break. He ended up charging $270 for this battery swap because he needed to change the screen too being it broke. His repairs to the screen, which never had an issue initially, broke on the first day we got it back. Went back to adress this issue and was just told how it was our fault that it broke and how it has nothing to do with the quality of his work. He proceeded to walk away from his booth with the phone without communicating what he was doing. Told security and they said "ohh he should be back" and walked away. He finally came back with a new screen to put on the phone. Once he had the phone repaired, he held onto it for awhile rather than giving our phone back to me, so he could ask me personal questions about my relationship and intimate life. The whole situation felt very creepy and left me never wanting to enter the mall again.
