Nice Dr. no complaints about him. His office staff is another story! They never pick up the phone, they send you the bills very late, you have to wait long periods of time to get a hold of somebody. You have to constantly remind them for things you need. The ONLY time you'll get decent service from them is in person. They use a 3rd party to bill Patients and it's a nightmare to get an actual bill. Dr and staff should to better in this area. read more

I am one of the pharmaceutical representatives who come here and they definitely prefer to focus their time and efforts helping patients than diverting much time interacting with pharmaceutical representatives. As so many other patients have already said here...the office doesn't answer the phone, they don't return calls & they completely over book. You wait a minimum of 60 min to see the PA, not even the Dr. Today it was more than 90 min to be seen by the Dr. The office staff always gives the same excuse, the Dr or PA is running late. Why pay extra for a PPO when you have to wait in a packed waiting room is beyond me. They obviously don't care based on reviews on any platform. read more

My first appointment here with him I felt like a breath of fresh air. He asked lots of questions and had a great conversation with me. For this appointment he didn't have a medical student with him so I do feel like that's why I recieved that treatment. My appointments since have not been so great, he started in the beginning he wanted to do testing and evening imagining. I started doing blood tested and came back for another slimmest and everything he had said at the beginning seemed to have been thrown out the window. A few blood tests and he no longer was going to put in for more testing or the imaging. He told me he wanted me to continue losing weight and see how my levels went. I'm back here again and my appointment was almost an hour ago and I still haven't seen the dr. Every single time I come to this office they take forever. Why give me an appointment for 8:45 when I'm not even going to be seen for an hour or more. I'm now going to be late for this I need to get to following this appointment. I went and asked how long I'm going to be waiting and she said he's running behind.... That's not helpful. She then came and asked if since he's running behind if I'm going with seeing the nurse here. I said sure whatever. Yet here I am still sitting here wasting my morning. I'm done with this office. I will be asking for a new referral to a different place because this office beyond sucks. read more

I attended this doctor for years for Thyroid and Diabetic management. Reading the reviews today I wish I would have shared my experience years ago, it may have saved a lot people a lot of grief. He did a Biopsy on my Thyroid. Results from his Biopsy were never clearly reported to me by him. I had to go get the path report from Henry Mayo Hospital. He knew I was a previous Lung Cancer patient at high risk. To my horror I read this was a Tumor suspected with Cancer. To make a very long story short after discovered it was recommended I should have surgery. I requested from him Molecular testing to see if that was really required, and he stated do you think insurance will pay $7,000.00 for that, and I am not requesting it. You bet your life if I needed Surgery I was not going to have it with anyone he recommended or at Henry Mayo . My daughter made an appointment with a surgeon at Cedars Sinai, he sent me to a proper Doctor, who did a Biopsy and molecular testing was performed. I did not need to have surgery based on the results. I was just admitted in an Emergency to Henry Mayo this week. That is simply another story, that I will share very soon, and it just simply reminded me of all these bad memories. The recent visit to Henry Mayo taken there by paramedics reminded me do not go there at all either. A total nightmare. I have to give one star to post this review. Horrible! I have been in and out of hospitals my whole life 30 years of dealing with drs and medical staff. I was referencing to this clinic back in Jan of 2025, I've only had over the phone appointments. The clinic had me get labs and "ordered" for me to get a CT. The sent the wrong orders and everytime I called to fix the issue no answer, when I was able to get through I'd be on hold for over 20+ mins. The sent the wrong orders multiple times. When the finally "corrected" the orders and I drove and hr away to get the test done I was told I had to reschedule because the info they needed they weren't going to get with the orders they sent. I literally spent 5 months going back and forth with the clinic just so I can't get the test that they wanted done. They say before my follow up appointment they called me asking if I got the test done because the didn't have anything,. Which was bs. This doctor is the worst physician I've encountered, displaying unprofessional behavior and lacking genuine concern for patients' well-being, instead seeming more focused on collecting a paycheck. After a month of waiting for my test results, the doctor finally explained them to me, but his explanation was too general and I had to constantly remind him that it didn't apply to my specific situation. When I told him I came prepared and had questions, he rushed me out the door into the hallway, where there were eight+ people and continued asking me about my symptoms in a very mocking tone, looking at me and asking if I was functioning or did i need medication. I want to share my experience with my recent appointment at Dr. Sina Tebi's office because what happened was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Two days before my visit, the office called to confirm my 8:00 AM appointment specifically with Dr. Sina Tebi. I arrived early on the day of the appointment, signed in at 8:00 AM, completed all new-patient paperwork, and provided my insurance card. Around 8:30 AM, they took my vitals and asked me to wait in the lobby. From that point on, the experience became incredibly frustrating. Despite being early, I watched multiple patients who arrived after me get seen and leave while I continued to sit in the lobby with no updates. At 8:45 AM, I asked the front desk how much longer it would be. I was told I was "next," which turned out to be false because more patients were still called ahead of me. By 9:10 AM--after already waiting more than 70 minutes--I checked again and explained my frustration. Instead of taking responsibility or giving an honest timeline, I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. After showing up on time, waiting patiently, and trying to communicate respectfully, being asked to reschedule felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. At 9:16 AM, I was taken to a room without any explanation of what would happen next. I waited another 20 minutes until a nurse practitioner came in at 9:40 AM. I reminded her that my appointment was confirmed with the doctor, not a nurse practitioner. Only then did another staff member come in and tell me that the doctor "was not available" and would just call me later. By then, I had been waiting nearly two hours--and only at the very end was I informed that the doctor wasn't even in. This experience showed a serious lack of communication, organization, and respect for patients' time. Getting to an appointment takes effort--managing work schedules, family responsibilities, and sometimes stress or emotions tied to the visit. It is not easy, and clearly my time and effort were not valued. Because of this, I will not be returning to a provider who does not respect or prioritize patients' time, effort, and basic courtesy. I truly hope this office takes accountability and improves the way they communicate and schedule, because no patient should ever have an experience like this--especially on a first visit. read more

Don't come here this guy is the biggest scam of all of them if you need something, he will not give it to you he does not care about your well-being and you will definitely be waiting for months and months. His appointment time is literally four months to six. There was people arguing in the waiting room too because he took two hours to attend them either way he does not like dressing issues. He just keeps telling you to do bloodwork again and again and again, and he does not want to address issues. He's a big liar. He also denies stuff without your consent. He also told me to do. I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment today at 9:15 but I never got a call until 12 pm only to have it reset at 2:00 pm. I waited forever for the call but never got a call back again. I am so frustrated with this clinic as i had long waited for the appointment but was never fulfilled. I wonder what other patients have experienced with the kind of service this office gives. This doctor won't help you. He did an ultrasound on me and said I had 1/2 my thyroid left and a nodule. He didn't want to do a blood test or ultrasound sounds to follow up. I told him I was beyond exhausted, my hair was falling out, the list goes on. I had every symptom for hashimotos (he confirmed I had it along with other doctors) he only wanted to treat my "depression and anxiety" Neither of which I had! I kept telling him, and my sister came with me to my appointment. We both told him I'm not depressed, I'm sick. I need meds to fix my thyroid and he refused to give me any. He prescribed me 3 meds for anti depression and anxiety. I didn't take them. I went to a psychiatrist and she agreed I don't have a problem, I'm sick. Mentally I'm great. After seeing 2 more endocrinologists they both agreed to put me on thyroid medication. I am finally going in the right direction. This doctors office is always full, he sees patients for a minute, doesn't prescribe what they need and leaves. I think he's getting a massive kick back from big pharmaceutical for pushing their drugs. The front desk is horrible. They don't answer their phone. They also told me they accepted my insurance and I just got a bill in the mail. I'll be fighting it considering my last appointment I begged and pleaded for help. He insisted I was depressed. NO my thyroid was so out of whack my whole body was freaking out, this has affected my heart, kidneys, liver etc. DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR FOR HELP!!! Btw my primary care doctor and the psychiatrist I saw were both appalled at what he has prescribed me. read more

Terrible Doctor and staff, I was referred to Dr. Tebi in March of 2025. I couldn't get an appointment till early September, so I took the appointment when I booked, he appointment I explained that I lived in the SFV NOT Newhall. I was assured that they had a Mission Hills Office location. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told the Doctor was not in this location this week. I called got an answer machine that had a recording from a year ago explaining the "office would be closed for the Nov. thanksgiving holiday returning the following Monday". After several attempted calls, staff member calls me back and reschedules my appointment for a few weeks later. I arrive at my scheduled time 9am and the office is not open, half an hour later the door was opened, and the staff member had no words or concern about opening late. The supposed doctor looked me over (I swore he has never seen someone who is obese) My appointment took place and was given instructions to have blood work done which I did and a follow-up appointment in the following weeks, a month later I never got any call backs regarding my blood work test results and my follow-up appointment was once again scheduled in Newhall without my knowledge instead of the SFV Mission Hills location so missed appointment. No one has followed up regarding my medical needs and missed appointment, they obviously don't care whether I live or die. I am a diabetic and been without insulin since October 2024 This Medical practice is horrible if you value your health this is not the practice for you, I will NEVER recommend for anyone's medical needs. Rude, self-serving staff that have no Idea of what they are doing. read more

Sadly this turned out to be the worst physician's office I've ever visited. Dr. Tebi's office does not answer the phone, and if you leave a message they do not return phone calls, or texts as they advertise. Three times I arrived for my appointment to get an injection and they forgot to order the medication. I stressed my concern to the staff, driving 50 miles (one way) to my appointment each time, only to get the excuse that they were waiting for insurance approval. On my first visit Dr. Sina Tebi was great. He answered my questions and made me feel like he cared. He also asked me to leave a good review on Yelp (on my first visit) but I did not because I found it strange for a PROFESSIONAL to be asking for good reviews. Anyways, im glad I waited to leave a review because as I kept coming to my appointments he made me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking questions about my health. He took a total of 5-10 min on my visits and barley explained anything. I would get anxious coming in to my visits and asking him ANY questions because if I did he would take a big breath and seem bothered. The staff at reception also has a horrible attitude and NEVER answers phone calls. I had a phone appointment and I never received a call. I called them 2 times, left a text message and still haven't heard back from them. I am pregnant so making sure that I am on the right dosage is crucial for a healthy pregnancy and this doctor can't even call me back to give me my results. I will definitely be switching doctors. Hands down worst experience dealing with Sina Tebi. I won't even call him a doctor, because anyone can buy a medical degree, it doesn't mean you are smart. Poor business practices. You absolutely can not contact this office by phone, only text or email. Unfortunately his staff, which appears to be high school dropouts, has difficulty managing this process along with any other process. Elderly folks may find this format of doing business difficult. As a former patient of his you would think this business owner would take patient feed back with class, but he threw a tantrum. Not only did he take the feedback about errors his staff is making with a tantrum, he basically threw me out of his office. His exact words were "why should I help you"????? All of this because he has gotten feedback from others about his poor business practices and negative reviews on the internet. He also complained about taking medicare patients. So check this out Sina, you clearly aren't too smart. You thought I was a stupid medicare patient, but in fact I can run circles around your a$$. Shame on you for passing yourself off as a caring, loving, doctor when in fact you're an egomaniac centered around volume and money. Dr. Tebi is the worst, most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. I just drove 40 miles to get blood drawn for an upcoming appointment, only to find that the doctor's office had not called in an order for my blood work, which should have been done months ago. Additionally, at my last televisit with Dr. Tebi, he called me almost two hours after the appointment time. It also needs to be mentioned here that it's impossible to call Dr. Tebi's office and speak with a human being. Dr.Tebi is an amazing doctor, he's always very helpful and listens to any concerns that I may have in regards to my health. He checks everything thoroughly and comes to a conclusion that is best suitable for the patient. I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Tebi. It is sometimes hard to get a hold of the phones but they have great alternatives such as emailing or texting for them to get back to you. Love this doctor, he is very professional, good side manners, always very kind, experienced, and knowledgeable. He gets an A! The only problem is with his staff. They never return a call....it can be days, and I still don't hear from them. I once had to go to the office in person, after several attempts at trying to communicating with them. I had called the pharmacy for a refill on my INSULIN, AND AFTER THREE DAYS, I HAD TO GO THERE IN PERSON, TO GET have them call the pharmacy to get it refilled. I am not one to write a bad review, but it's been such a bad experience as a patient of Dr. Tebi's for the last 5 years.. I called every day, Monday through Friday to schedule an appointment and was sent to voicemail, left multiple messages that I was running low on my medication that no longer had refills on and needed an appointment in order for a refill. Only one time on Wednesday did they pick up the phone to tell me to hold and then was holding for 21 minutes, which after led me to a voicemail. Continued to call the following week with the luck of someone answering. I kept my cool, as she was rude, short and extremely unprofessional. I will be changing doctors.. Poor. Very poor. Unprofessional. Careless. Full of assumptions, smart-alec kind of guy. Doesn't even let you finish a sentence/question. I am not a doctor but I'm not an ignorant person, I had valid questions and concerns; but to him I was eating too much - mind you, without even asking me of my diet, which is not bad nor do I eat in large amounts. There's clearly something going on in my body 1 yr postpartum but this man (who doesn't deserved to be called a doctor) simply doesn't care to investigate, listen, observe, doesn't care for actual science driven practice, it's just a business... it seems like he just has old facts memorized and doesn't care to heal, you simply feel like another transaction, rushed out of the room as fast as he can, but you have to wait for ages to be treated. Knowing the endocrine system is highly complex but the mechanics of it is not just it. Things such as bedside manner, listening skills and compassion are just out the window with him. He's not about curing, he's about finding the quickest way to get you out of his way with a pill to treat a symptom without really knowing root cause. im not big on leaving reviews, but my experience with this office has been so incredibly exhausting. i havent had my medication in over a month because this doctor doesn't want to do his damn job. ive been going back and forth with his office and medical and both are telling me completely different things. the office was telling us that the reason the medicine approval is taking so long is because the insurance is lagging. that was not true, it was because the doctor hadn't done something on his end. recently, my medication got denied and the office told us that they didnt know why and they would have to wait another month to request the prescription. that was two more lies. i called medi-cal, who told us that the reason for the denial was faxed to the doctor, and that they dont have to wait another month to get the medication. this is absolutely ridiculous and this doctor shows lack of care for his patients. looking at the recent reviews, it's obvious his level of care is garbage. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone read more
