It's a gas station. What can be said? The people who work there are never friendly and I come in at least 4 times a week and they never say hi or greet you. Even saw one guy smoking inside behind the register! Umm, dude you work at a gas station! At least take your cigarette break at the curb. Went to fill up gas here, then I got the munchies. After I filled up and I walked inside the station and was greeted by the clerk. Very friendly and helpful. This is probably the cleanest gas station I've ever seen. But their selection of snacks and great service deserved this 5 star rating. I'll definitely be back here when I need gas. read more

Eddie the mechanic is a trustworthy no-nonsense, realistic person who will give you honest to goodness auto service, he knows right away what the problem is and he will fix it. Ive been thru many mechanics before and alot are dishonest, telling you additional problems in your car which are not. Few years ago and i had engine problem with my old car and the mechanic around where my work is just around the corner and needs fixing, guy told me its going to cost more than 700, then my uncle told me to go to Eddie and he fixed it for 200! I was filling my tank and estimated that it should be 5gal. As the numbers climbed past 6 I started to wonder -- and then gas came spurting out and over my legs. I shut it off and it was at 7. At least 1/4-1/2 gal was on the ground and it was still dribbling out of my tank. The workers came out with rags and a mop and cleaned it up, but were supremely unhelpful as I asked if (1) was this going to be a problem for my gas tank, for it to be nearly 2gallons overfilled, and (2) could I be reimbursed for the gas that *shouldn't* have been added to my tank? The best they could give me was that the manager would be in Monday and could help me then, and that perhaps it was a problem with my tank. I've often filled up here and while it's not the greatest gas station, it's not the worst. Today however left a foul taste in my mouth, worries on my mind, and my car smelling of gas. read more

I've gone here for years. Whether prices are high or low, I have routinely come here to fill up my tank. I've even interacted many times with the owner and he is really nice. There have been a few workers that I could care less about, but I usually just go in and out. On a recent visit, however, I was berated by Ramil so I will not be returning. I don't get it. I am so nice to people and I definitely didn't return his rudeness. I still can't believe he had to go on about how he had to make a separate transaction for purchasing a lottery ticket after cashing in on a winning. Sorry, that I'm not familiar with your protocol as I am doing this for someone else. You did not have to scold anyone. It is uncalled for. Anyhow, I'll just get my gas by my work instead, and take care of all of my gas station business there. So much for supporting a local business. I only go here is I have no choice and cant find another brand name gas station in the area. basically, I only go here when i am on empty and I HAVE NO CHOICE. Why? Because the gas prices here are extremly high above the average, but I do understand because there are no other close nearby gas stations in this area. Older gentleman with a pot belly and white hair gave me an attitude when I asked him about turning on the air pump. He stated rather rudely that I would have to pay for gas first because according to him, "air is very expensive". I told him that other places would turn it on for free and he ended turning it on. I am not the only one that has an issue with this gentleman as evidenced by the reviews on this place. I have already written a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about this establishment and encourage you all to do the same. There is no evidence of good customer service here at all. "Fraudulent", that is how Tony Molla, a Vice President of the National Institute For Automotive Excellence, ASE, described Ramzi's. "Hokey" and "unfinished" is how an AAA mechanic described all of their work and "dangerous", crossed and exposed wiring that can result in fire, plastic siliconed on where metal should have been attached with metal braces, etc., etc. Eddie defended a wobbling gas-pedal he attached by saying "That's how they make them now." I hadn't driven in so long I actually thought it might be some new technology, so I googled 'wobbling gas-pedals' and learned that gas-pedals are not designed to wobble; wobbling gas-pedals are dangerous as I had suspected all along. The rear-view-mirror he attached came off in my hand on the freeway. The door-handle he fixed came off the first time I used it. All of this, the wobbling gas-pedal, the rear-view-mirror and the door-handle caused Eddie to split his side with laughter. The Bureau of Automotive Repair cited them for numerous offenses that could result in removal of their license. read more

I just had to create a Yelp profile in order to give a much deserved review of this service station. I had stopped here to fill up with some gas and ultimately there was a problem with my debit card. It took me sometime of going back and forth to sort it out with my bank and ultimately Ramzi, saved the day by taking time out from his own busy day 2 get involved with my issue. Long story short, everything was sorted out and my debit card problem was resolved. Special thanks to Ramsey and I would recommend this business to all! HAZARD ALERT ! Gas Pump #10 nozzle malfunctions and sprays gas from vehicle fill station. That happened to me . I was DRENCHED with gas from my chin to my feet. I lost about $80 in clothing . I reported it to the cashier Karla who claimed to be the owners daughter. She said she would tell her father. The next day, I called the owner who identified himself as Randy. He didn't thank me, since I saved the day by putting the gas pump under control and there was no fire. I asked to be reimbursed for the clothing . I lost a new pair of Sketcher shoes, a tee shirt, and a pair of cargo shorts. Randy admitted that they were in the wrong. He had watched the security video. But he said he can't refund money every time someone gets drenched with gasoline. ??? Apparently the gas pump nozzle malfunction is a common occurrence. We were regulars at the station , but no longer. One day I expect to see ambulances and fire engines at the site. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STATION ! YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR LIFE IN JEOPARDY ! read more

I come here all the time and the cashiers are awesome! Some even help me pump gas out of courtesy! How awesome is that! I am very pleased with the service. I also serviced my car the other day and I was in and out in no time and the price was fantastic and the service was amazing. This place sucks! They are so rude there. The prices are too high. I gave the place 1 star cuz of that, and you have to give a star! On the other hand, if you want great service and the nicest man to help you, you have to go there on Sunday and Monday's when Willie is working there. Now he gets 10 stars. I only go there when he's there. If it's a different day I go somewhere else. He is the only nice one that works there! There was another nice one , Malik but he had past away :( .
