I posted this review originally on Google but I can't find a way to reply to the owner, so I'll leave my review here as well: Let me just say that I gave the atmosphere 5/5 because me and my friends made it 5/5, not this wack establishment, but after the foolery of a response the owner sent to my review, I'm bringing absolutely everything to a 1 star. This is the second time that my group was charged beyond what we were supposed to actually pay by the same person, Luke. We had a reservation for 8 people for 2 hours and when we arrived the man running the place told us it would be a 20% gratuity for a group of 8 people and it's $15 per person per hour. Please keep this information in mind. This was for a birthday celebration. My group were in our room having a blast for around 2 hours. So that's $15 per person (8, so $120) per hour (2 hours) making it $240, around $288 with the gratuity. Thats what we should've paid correct? Instead, he overcharged us $500+ with no information as to where that amount came from unless we demanded an explanation and the receipts. On the receipt it says we spent 2.5 hours. Even if that was the case, the total would've then been around $360, not $500+ like he claimed. The gratuity he charged was also incorrect, $71.62. On top of that, he tried to tell one of my friends that is was a 30% gratuity when he literally told me earlier it was 20%, and he tried to add in another 30 minutes of time despite us telling him NO. We were able to bring the total down to $433.45 after making him give discounts, but it shouldn't have even happened. We should've never been charged that much. This same exact situation happened a previous time months ago as well. We all left that establishment extremely upset and he ruined the entire party vibe we had going. And also to mention, not once did he ever come into the room to check on us or come in to let us know the time was up. Instead he secretly kept adding time to the tv without notifying us. He also tried to claim that we never confirmed our reservation for 2 hours but when we arrived he immediately knew what group we were and the hours, so how does that make sense. I could also see our reservation. The people there definitely take advantage of non-Koreans/non-korean speakers like others have mentioned because this does not make any sense. We will never be coming back to this establishment and i strongly advise that everyone looks for a better karaoke place that has better prices, no hidden fees, and better popcorn. There's plenty of great places in flushing and in the city. Don't waste your time or your money here. Also just to mention, the room we were in had a broken fan and a barely functioning ac, causing the room to get too hot and me getting faint. I find it a bit ridiculous to ask for 20% gratuity if you don't check on your rooms and have broken electrical appliances in them. Per the owner's response he claims that we stayed there a total of 3 hours. However he told us 30 minutes were on the house, and our times from when we first started our festivities to the end was exactly 2 hours and 5 minutes. He also claims that at no point during the reservation was there a 2 hour limited requested or noted, despite the fact that we did in fact request 2 hours when reserving. It is also HIS job to check on his rooms. He is also replying the same copy paste response with our reservation on strangers accounts with my friends name who were not from our party and had nothing about what this review and my friend's review stated. I believe that is an invasion of privacy and also very unprofessional. read more

Last night, we had an amazing time at Singing Karaoke. Luke and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome celebration for our friend's 30th birthday. The entrance to the venue was bright and stylish, and the rooms were spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. There were endless song options to choose from. The cost is $15 per person per hour (not including food and drinks). We were given complimentary popcorn as well as menus to order food and drinks. While the place is not BYOB, you can bring outside food for an additional charge. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall, we all had a great time and highly recommend this place. Overall very fun and aesthetically pleasing establishment. They had a decent sized food menu including the usual appetizers, moz sticks, chicken tenders, etc. It is not halal, to the best of my knowledge. The karaoke was also on youtube and you can pick any song manually through an iPad, so selection was great. Price is $15/per person per hour, which was reasonable and pretty cheap compared to some other places. 10/10 read more

Made a reservation online and got there 45 min early. But they still let us in our room. It was just me and my husband and the smallest room was big enough for us. They provide free popcorn which is a plus. We also ordered some drinks and fries. Their staff is super attentive and kept checking in on us after they set us up. Their system is hooked up to YouTube so its easy to use. Time flies by when youre having fun. Will def be back for another date night. read more

I've been here once before and as usual, this place did not disappoint. The service was amazing. I came here for my birthday and the waiter decorated the establishment!! We went with our group of 10 people for a friend's birthday party. First of all, as you come in, the stairs are flooded with neon lights setting the right mood for a night of singing and drinking. They are also ADA compliant, as they have an electric chair to bring you down the stairs, so kudos to them for being inclusive! The gave us 4 mics, with protective covers as well, and led us to our room. The room was incredibly huge and spacious. They had leather covered booths and a huge table in between for our food and drinks. The room had two big tv screens across from each other, as well as tambourines to get everyone involved. The menu system was a little challenging, as it was all in Hangeul, but our Host was very patient and walked us through it. Its pretty intuitive and they had about 4 binders of music in English and other languages. Bottle service was great and our Host was great energy for our night, even being so gracious as giving us a complimentary bottle and hour. Amazing karaoke experience all around, super friendly staff and very clean too. I've been to a few karaoke spots in the city that were on the cramped side, but this was great for big groups or even a private session with top tier service. A lot of places for photo ops as well, especially the entrance and by the bar at the front desk. This is definitely the place to plan parties, a night out with co-workers, and just have a memorable time with friends. The first place I think of for karaoke therapy! Honestly I don't keep track of the rate because I get lost in how much fun I have here. Like most Korean karaoke rooms, they are equipped with all the lights and tambourines and has the scoring system. Love the little "shower cap" covers for the mics. I've only ever seen the one Korean lady at the front and she is very kind to help. Once she added more time to the room because we had spent time on trying to fix a glitch with the machine. Warning for non-Koreans, the remotes are in Korean (I'm sure the staff are kind enough to give quick rundown) and the English song selection leaves much to be desired but has a lot of my classic go-tos. read more
