There is the problem of language barrier but they still do a great job and the end product is always 10/10. The salon is very clean and they have a good number of pedicure and manicure stations. Depending on the type of service you want to get, you might be able to get away with going as a walkin (that's what I did for my pedicure and I only waited 5 minutes). For my manicure I was able to call in the morning and book for the afternoon.

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by how clean and inviting the boutique was. Aida greeted me warmly, and Ray welcomed me with a massage chair ready and waiting. I was offered a drink before being led to my seat--such a nice touch! I initially just wanted a basic pedicure to clean up my toes, but when Ray handed me the nail swatches, I couldn't resist choosing a colour. With so many great options, I had a hard time deciding, but Aida, Ray, and the other staff were incredibly helpful in picking the perfect shade. The Deluxe Spa Pedicure included nail shaping, cuticle work, a scrub, a leg massage with hot stones and nail colour. While watching Aida work on another client, I noticed they received a paraffin treatment, so I decided to upgrade to the "Queen" Pedicure. I'm so glad I did--it was absolutely worth it! The service at this nail boutique was exceptional. The staff genuinely cares about their clients, and Ray worked efficiently without compromising quality. I had a special event that night and I wanted my nails to look good. The morning I arrived at 8:45 for my 9am appointment I was contacted through text by the salon owner, Jennifer. She explained that my technician couldn't be there due to reasons beyond her control and that a different technician could replace her at 9:30. My appointment went from 9:20 until 10:20, however, I was still charged for 90 minutes for a poor rushed job. I paid $110. I would've said something while I was there but I didn't get to really look at them until I got home. The chrome on my nails is already chipping on the ends, the French tips aren't on the whole nail and I could already tell the same day that some of them will start lifting within a week. When I contacted Jennifer to express my dissatisfaction she was defensive and rude. She claimed that I was undercharged and stressed that the technician's child was very ill, that the change was beyond her control and they were doing the best they could under the circumstances. However, at no point did she offer to amend my bill to reflect the shorter appointment time, the inconvenience of the last-minute change or the sub-par nails. The threads I've attached to this review show my conversation with Jennifer, the owner of the salon who contacted me that morning. What I didn't mention in these threads included here is that this has actually happened more than twice at this salon with me. This is only the second time my appointment was ruined for a special occasion. The first time was for my prom when I had a similar experience with my appointment being moved. I think it's important people see Jennifer's true colours which are clearly reflected in the manner she speaks to me through text. She treated me w dignity and the upmost respect. Her prices are fair and our conversation was fluid and natural. No awkward silences. I listened to her speak on the phone to potential clients. She was honest and sweet to anyone she spoke too. Never once putting her business before customer service. I opted for a regular manicure and eyebrow waxing. She was gentle w my delicate hands and did a great job at cleaning my cuticles and shaping my short nails. The waxing was painless. And she went with the natural arch of my brows instead of trying to recreated them into something they were not. She uses a green tea hot wax designed for sensitive skin. I will definitely be coming to Le's studio for all my Nail and esthetic needs and I will tell anyone who will listen to give her studio a chance and try her out themselves!
