I was here for a nose piercing as recommended by my coworker. My nose was already effed up from a prior piercing, healed enough to have another piercing. It's not the gun-style & Edith the main piercing artist explained to me abt the method & different piercings, I opted for the ring to keep it intact. Highly professional. It was a message that had been written on an envelope 18 years ago, and she was very concerned that the envelope would be damaged at some point during the appointment. This review is about 7 months late, but better late than never... after a postpartum hospital discharge, I went into the shop for assistance in having a piercing removed, since doctors, nurses, and MedExpress flat-out refused to help me remove a piercing which was impossible to unscrew. Long story short, the piercing was done years prior at a completely different shop. I am pretty sure her name was Edith, but she was the piercer as Sinners and Saints... and she was the only person who was able to get the piercing out. More than that, she seemed to be the only person who showed me compassion at a stressful time... If that's her name, and she's still there, go see her.. read more

She completely looked over my request to instead attempt to "educate" me about cleanliness. As a registered nurse who educates patients daily, she did not go about this in the right manner. Been wanting to get the other side of my nose pierced and had been dragging my feet about it for a while. I had a free afternoon so I decided to just go here since it was closest. Ashley was great. She did a careful job of lining the piercing up with my other one, and she explained everything that she was doing. She gave me the choice of stud or hoop, which I was surprised by because I always hear that you're "supposed" to get a stud done for the first one. But the hoop worked out great, definitely took a little longer to heal but it looks great now. I accidentally popped the bead off of it a few weeks after and went back in because I could not for the life of me get it back on. She put it back on for me quickly. I wish they had their piercing prices posted but for a nostril piercing I think it was like $60 or $70. Ashley was great and I would definitely recommend. read more

The staff were very unwelcoming I went to get my back done and when in pain other staff member's including my piercer were very rude giving nasty looks and rolling their eyes ....it's a back surface piercing I mean wouldn't you be in a bit of pain I wasn't loud or anything ....when done over the phone I was told the price was $100 when I got their it was $200+ ! Not to mention i noticed the piercing was crooked I was so disappointed when I told her they said no refunds I couldn't even get half my money she offered to re do it but why would I let you mess my body up again it's very embarrassing it's been months now and people always point out how crooked and messed up they look Iam very insecure about my back now so thanks a lot lady don't ever go here ! read more

I'm a tattoo junkie always bouncing from shop to shop around the Pittsburgh area, but this shop I continue to find myself walking back into. Not only are the guys and girls that work here incredibly artistic, they're also fun to chat with which makes the time fly when getting your art done. All three times I've gone in they were walk-ins and I never had to wait longer than five minutes to start my paperwork and get them set up. The shop is clean and colorful and the posters around the shop crack me up. Their art style is very old school/traditional but all my tattoos are basic symbols and shapes which turned out just great. The prices are a little bit higher than other shops I've gone to, but I would say their quality matches it just fine. I've had my work done by Todd and Danny, but from what I've seen from my time in the shop, any artist there will do just fine! read more

This was one of the best piercing experiences I had. The woman that pierced my ear was very nice, and made the whole experience comfortable. She took her time to make sure my piercings were even and the prices were super reasonable! I would recommend going again; I think I will be back for my next tattoo and/or piercing! read more

Went in last week for a walk in and was paired up with Lindsey. The process itself was easy and average, but after taking off the bandage I realized how shaky and uneven the line work was. I've since been to two other studios to inquire about relining it and both places said that it simply shouldn't have been done in that spot with such small a needle, and one place said that it did not look like the work of a trained professional. Really wish this had been brought to my attention as I didn't request a small needle but was rather told thats what would be used. Luckily both places have assured me that relining will be an easy fix once it heals, but wanted to post for others because if it had been a bigger or more complex tattoo it would probably not be so easy to repair. I called the day after I got it to ask about a touch-up and was told I could come in once it heals but whether I would have to pay more was not mentioned (not sure I would trust going back). Overall sucks that I wasted $80 (pre-tip) and stress over this place. read more

I am shocked this place is rated so highly on here. It was a trashy environment, no one was at the desk to check people in or answer questions, and the artist I had was beyond rude. The artist didn't ask my name, introduce herself, or explain any of the steps she was going through. She asked where I wanted my tattoo and I went to point and she moved my hand and put the stamp on the wrong place, when I kindly asked her to move it, she just looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and she didn't say anything. I explained again where I wanted it and she said "fine, it's your tattoo." The tattoo turned out how I wanted it- it was a very short and simple one, however, everything else through the process was unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I went to pay I asked what the after care would look like for the tattoo- she didn't answer my question and said "this will be $80... without top of course." I was actively paying at this time and while I waited for my card to process I asked about after care again. She said nothing and gave me a piece of paper with some information on it before turning around and heading to the back. I would not recommend this tattoo parlor to anyone. read more

I got a small foot tattoo from Kevin. While it hurt so much more than I was expecting, he was wonderful. He talked me through the pain, and I am so happy with the tattoo. This shop is definitely underrated in not only the quality of tattoos that come out of there but the overall experience of being there. I've been getting tattooed here for a couple years now and about 80% of my tattoos on my body were all done by Keith. The guys at the shop always treat me like family when I come in and I've always been more than happy with my tattoos. I've even gotten so comfortable with Keith's work that usually I just give him an idea and let him come up with something on his own. I even let him do a portrait on me and it was the first portrait he'd ever tattooed and it's so perfect that I get stopped by people all the time to compliment it and to ask who did it. The only issue at all is finding parking but the extra few minutes I spend doing that is totally worth going to the shop for! read more

I went in to this shop as a walk-in for 2 small tattoos. They got me in quickly and were very professional and friendly. I was tattooed by Danny and could not have had a better experience. I've been tattooed by many different artists but this shop was the most inviting one I've ever been to. Prices are fair, About the same as I've seen else where. Normally I don't do written reviews...I usually do "word of mouth" recommendations. Ironically... My daughter had just recently did a post on her Facebook page about this establishment being the best place to go to for tattoos and piercings and what do I come across? A really good review.... And one that comes across as someone who had a certain questionable experience... Yet returned... And STILL decided to have services rendered even tho the "desired beside manner" was not what they were accustomed to receiving from "other known tattoo /piercing establishments" that were also "cheaper" per her statement... Yet she still chose to stay... Have services rendered... AND TIP!... only to leave that poor review!... Well... Here's my 2 cents.... Not only was I COMPLETELY satisfied with the staff at this establishment I was particularly satisfied with the services rendered by their piercing specialist Max. I've had my tongue pierced by him TWICE... My belly button TWICE... The top and the bottom.. My nose and my breast! All beautifully done and no issues whatsoever! I had my first tattoo done by him because I trusted him and his work. As a result I had a second tattoo done as well and have sent many referrals to him and they sing the same praises. Everyone at the shop is very welcoming and friendly... I'm not sure what "conversation" should be expected during a 5 second procedure... Worst shop I've been to. As far as piercings go. I called Sinners and Saints inquiring about a naval piercing, the cost ($45), and if the piercer was in the shop that day (I was told he was). When I arrived there, the piercing guy wasn't even there. I overheard the employees asking each other if they've heard from him because he wasn't responding to their calls/text. I was there with a friend and when the piercer finally shows up about 10-15 mins later, he doesn't greet us, or even look at us. One of the employees came out to tell me the piercing guy was setting up in the back and gave me a form to fill out. While filling out the form, the piercer came out and asked if I wanted a barbell or a hoop, I told him a barbell. After that he looked as if he was going to say something in relation to my options, but then he just said "Ok" and went to the back. Finally, my friend and I went to the back, and the piercer had a mean look on his face, he seemed as if he just wanted to get me over with. He told me to put my belongings on a chair. While doing that, I asked if clients can choose what gauge they would like in their naval or is their a standard size and he said a 14 gauge is the only size that can go as a naval piercing. While keeping a fair distance, my friend came over to watch (no video recording was being done, as I know many people do this). The piercer pointed to my friend and said "No, you stand back there" (which was practically out of the room) then he pointed to me and said "You come over here". I felt like we were being treated like bad dogs. He lifted my shirt up, roughly cleaned my naval area, told me to sit on the edge of the chair and lean back. While still having no real conversation and being rough with me, he proceeded. While getting pierced, he didn't count or tell me to take a deep breath, he just pierced it! After the piercing process was over I thanked him, he told me how long it might take to heal & to use soap and water. Then he said "Ok, you can pay me now. It'll be $55" I said "I thought it was $45..?" He said it was an extra $10 for the barbell. Wether the barbell was truly an extra $10 or not, he could've told me when he gave me the option to choose between the barbell and the hoop, as I wasn't expecting to pay no more than what I was told, besides the tip. Anyway, I gave him $60, while he was slowly digging in his pockets to give my change back, I just told him to keep it. I thanked him once more and he handed me a care sheet and I left. I examined my new piercing while at home and it seems to be slightly crooked and too far back in my naval hole if that makes sense. From this experience, I don't plan on ever going back here. I actually went to him about 2-3 yrs ago to get a cartilage piercing (which he gave me a 14 gauge also that I did not want) and he was the same way. I went back this time thinking there would be new people, but obviously there wasn't. I also have a relative that experienced the same things as myself, and was not completely satisfied with the results of their piercing. I feel as though I was blackmailed and treated with no respect, and for what it cost, being that I know of other places much cheaper with very friendly, experienced and professional people, it wasn't worth it at all. As far as who I went to is concerned, this is one experience that I do regret. read more
