I called and they came out for free estimate on time and promptly after contacting them. Brought color samples, provided design guidance, answered all of my many questions, and provide estimate same day. No pressure, no BS. Super nice and very professional. Price was in the ballpark of what I was expecting, not cheap but fair. I feel you get what you pay for, and this family owned company company did not disappoint. They started job about three weeks after making deposit. Showed up on time and got it done. Each day they worked hard, and then cleaned up before they left. Took four days total to complete the project. No complaints, no adjustments needed, no returns to fix anything. Everything was perfect. We originally had shutters around the windows but I wasn't convinced I liked them. So Andy (owner) offer idea for custom aluminum trim. Showed me pictures of what he's done before. I requested a slight change in design (wider trim along bottom of windows) and his team delivered exactly what I requested. House looks great, and we couldn't be happier. Every interaction we had with the company was positive. From the salesman, to the office staff, to the installers every interaction was positive. After contracting with them, I had several phone conversations with them about color changes that my wife wanted, and they were always willing to accommodate us, and make the requested changes. There was a slight misunderstanding about the bathroom window on the day they showed up to begin the job but a phone call to the office quickly resolved the issue, and things progressed as planned. The workers were polite, and they treated our property with care & respect. Once the job was complete, they walked the perimeter of our house and garage with magnets to pick up loose pieces of metal, and any other debris that was laying around. Overall, their cleanup was on point. We've received a number of compliments from our neighbors on the work that was completed, and one of our neighbors contracted with Modern Xterior/The Modern Pros as a result of the work they did on our house. Dominic did a complete inspection before telling us our options. He walked around on the roof and took photos. He did not try to talk us into any upgrades, but we decided since the roof was old, we'd ask for the shingles and any decking to be repaired. We decided we wanted the medium excellence option. We also asked for attic blown-in insulation, new gutters, and gutter shields. Dominic told us they'd put in some attic vents. In the end, they took it down to the rafters! As we had to be away when they started, Dominic was in touch with us on the phone or by email every step of the way, and answered every question. Roof Advance gave our little old house the boost it needed! It looks great, and, we have peace of mind knowing that we won't have to climb up to clean the gutters any more. ASR was the only one that could answer all our questions-though we only learned the questions by talking to a bunch of people. My property was actually cleaner when they left. The house feels so tight now, looks great. One thing they don't tell you, it is LOUD, especially in a ranch.

Well they also have a $500 NON REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE. Of course they don't tell you until after you sign!! We agreed on a type of style /color and apparently my insurance didn't cover it. Did anyone check since they claimed to work with Insurance? nope Did he return the style while on the phone with my insurance and myself the homeowner to prevent a hiccup along the way? NOPE, he said we'll deduct the difference... did we ever receive a difference ? NOPE Yes, it was the "owner" who conveyed the issue after realizing. THE OWNER THREATENED ME THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REST AND THAT I WAS HOLDING BACK THE CHECK ( I HAD TO WAIT TO GET MAILED OUT TO ME FROM THE INSURANCE) The owner is very good at calling your insurance to see if the check was mailed out but won't do his job when it comes to invoice issues and discrepancy. I trusted a sales rep whose work duration there was only two weeks as he was no longer employed. That should show you how long their employees stay with them.
