Floating is a thing. Apparently it's been a thing. And it took me way too long to figure this out and then take the plunge. I chose this location for my first time floating because it isn't a "pod," it is an actual room--and dang, was I impressed. Service: top notch. The two ladies I encountered were efficient and down to earth, plus super nice and made me feel at ease. Very professional. Facility: Spotless about sums it up. I was super pleased with how clean it was, from the lobby area, to the halls, to the actual private float suites. Float suite: Holy moly. It's just so...nice. Very nice shower, instructions, well prepared prior to your arrival in the room, and just all around soothing. Much better than what I would envision a pod to be. Floating: so, it was my first time, and I booked a 60 minute. The woman who showed me around offered to keep the music playing softly so my mind wouldn't wander too much. I appreciated this gesture and took her recommendation. I wish I had read more tips prior, such as ways to meditate while in the room. The entire time was insanely peaceful, but I know I could have been more at peace had I known how to approach the entire experience. I really loved the float suite-I kept the twinkle lights on at first but then turned them off and found the complete darkness to be what I needed, and I think it just enhanced the entire experience even more. I felt great and so refreshed after; slept so well afterwards (it was a 8pm float), and even a couple days later, have been more well rested than I have been in a long time. My mental health is also seemingly improved, which I love. I used a promo code to try it out, but now I am planning on getting a membership. I don't have time to do it too often, but once a month is easily done and will be a nice break. Try it! You won't regret it! read more

I came in today for a 60 minute float & 75 minute massage. This was my first float & as much as I tried to shut my brain off I really couldn't. I think I was trying too hard!! Lol interestingly enough though there were times where although I was in thought I was so relaxed I did feel like I was partially asleep. I'm not sure how to explain it fully but point of the matter is, it was relaxing. I plan on coming again & trying my massage first to see if that will help me relax my mind better. The room, shower & ocean pod were very clean. I shaved today & probably shouldn't have because I did feel a little bit of burning on my legs for maybe the first 10 minutes from the salt. So skip shaving the day of if you're planning on floating soon! After my float I was greeted by my masseuse Alicia. She was really nice & so was the massage. read more

Had a couples massage here and it was absolutely wonderful. It was our first ever massage, and they made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions. I don't recommend floating here, though. We could hear cars outside and sirens during our float. Ruined the experience. If you're looking to get a massage, this is the place!!! If you're looking to float, I'd recommend trying somewhere else. read more

I visited this place a week after they opened. A friend of mine recommended I try the float therapy at this location. I made a same day appointment for a massage and float therapy session which I was told would take 2.5 hours. The person on the phone recommended That I bring flip flops which I forgot but luckily she had a pair to provide to me. After checking in at the front desk I was pulled to the back for the massage and I wasn't disappointed. She was very good at finding my troubled areas in my back and working them out. After the 75 minutes massage I was given 60 minutes for the salt therapy session. You get your own private room where you can take a shower and hop into the float tub. You have the ability to have the lights on or off but it is recommended to keep the lights off for the full experience of sensory deprivation. The water is only around 2 feet deep but you float right on top with no effort. Complete silence and no light along with weightlessness allows for a very relaxing stress reliever. I am so glad I spent the couple of hours out of my day to check this place out. It is a great way to relieve stress and experience float therapy. The facilities are extremely clean the staff is very accommodating! read more

This place is great! I've floated a lot but unfortunately all the places around Orlando are too far of a drive and/or too pricey. This location is GREAT! Central area and right off I-4. The grand opening rates you really can't beat so I was very interested to see what they did with the place and how the experience would be. It is 5 stars all around! Professional and friendly staff. The massage was awesome! Everything was explained clearly even for a veteran floater. The personal float suites were beautiful and the entire place was very clean! The decor was exactly what you need for a relaxing experience. Also, I've floated in older and newer tanks but never this large! (See pics) they had higher ceilings with 2 lights. One in the water and one set like stars in the roof. They even ended it with a small bottle of water and a piece of chocolate. I'm a professional dancer and after my 2 1/2 hours there I feel brand new!!! If you've never tried floating this is a great place to start since the tanks are bigger and the price is affordable. I don't even know where to start.. I work in the area and I've always seen this place but never took up the opportunity to go. But that all changed yesterday. I was experiencing restless nights and I'm wide awake at like 5am and I grabbed my phone so fast and schedule my dual appointment. I never make rash decisions but this was definitely one I do not regret! I was fortunate to have my massage first and then float. The masseuse has hands of gold! I want to say her name was Andrea or Adrienne. I've had plenty of massages in the past but this woman knows what she's doing. The float room was extremely clean, the staff was helpful and the float itself was amazing. At first for me it was a little difficult to relax because I was trying to be in control and I couldn't silence my mind. But once the lights and music turned off (trust me it's pitch black, but you can turn them back on if you'd like) I just kept taking deep breaths and allowed myself to relax and just be. I highly recommend this place if you're thinking about it don't just bookmark this place and say "yeaaaa one day I'll do it" nahh just do it I promise you that you won't regret and plus you owe it to yourself! read more

Loved it! Staff very friendly and our massage therapists was excellent. My husband and I had separate rooms and we had massage first before the float session. This was our first floating experience so we were unsure about what to expect. When my husband got in the float tank, he felt a little nauseated. I think it was the toxins releasing from the massage. He ended up sitting up the majority of his time with the small bottom light on without truly experience the floating. Nevertheless it was not his cup of tea. I however love the experience and actually dozed off and would have enjoyed more time. A great experience and would highly recommend it monthly! read more

Jason the owner is a gem! This place has more to it than meets the eye! Can't tell from the outside but, the inside is serene and clean and professional! The staff was courteous and exactly what you would expect for a relaxing spa experience. The float room is private and updated and has everything you need and what a great way to take the pressure off your spine! The massage rooms were great and me and my fiancé loved it! Book it! This was an amazing experience like nothing that I have tried before. The place was sparkling clean and smelled good which is important for me to feel relaxed and comfortable about getting undressed and soaking in the tub. I had a 60 minute soak first and then a 75 minute massage. I think it would be relaxing to get either service first. The floating part was incredible. read more

Great massage and the float session was interesting. I was just a bit chilly throughout the whole experience. Since you are floating on top of the water, air temperature impacts comfort. Float tank is kept sparkling clean. I suspect you can duplicate the float at home pretty well with a bathtub and some Epsom salt. read more

I did the float and massage package. Well worth the money, the float is unlike anything you will experience. It is a great way to reset you brain and melt away anxiety and stress then on top you get a 75 minute massage. Jordan took no prisoners and went after every knot and ball of stress. My first experience with floating. I loved the large float tank with lights in the water and a constellation pattern on the ceiling. My best fiend has claustrophobia and I'm sure she would have been comfortable in this ceiling height tank. As a non swimmer I was a bit anxious and have never experienced floating in any water before. The staff member assured me the salt would make me float. It took me a few minutes to relax and I definitely relaxed. The staff was helpful. The facility was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend the signature massage and float combo. The only off putting thing was to have to pay in full in advance. I have had massages all over the world and had never been asked to do that. Not a problem if you don't plan on canceling but it was not the norm. read more

And she has great pressure for deep tissue. The float was amazing! I never felt so relaxed ever. After you finish. You can shower shampoo condition your hair ladies. You can blow dry it. Jason & Tina are great owners! They really take into consideration what their customers are looking for and definitely deliver along with their amazing staff. The couples' massage was perfect after 2 long days at Disney World. The environment was very relaxing and the music/lights really made a huge difference in the experience. The massage therapist also placed hot towels on my feet and my swollen feet were so grateful! I did a float session afterwards and fell asleep. The water is shallow to where you can stand and there is also an accompanying shower to rinse off before and after. The studio was SO CLEAN as well!!! Rude, unprofessional guest service at the front desk. Why am I paying so much for a relaxing experience when the staff increases my stress level? They need to show more respect to their guests. Got there early, like requested, and they refused to let me in the back until my appointment was practically started already. They gave me no time to comfortably get settled before my time started, then last minute flipped the order of my massage and float so I had to float first. Wouldn't recommend based on the crap guest service. I want to feel welcome and stress free and I felt the opposite walking into this place. read more

The float plus the massage was a phenomenal experience. It was the first time we experienced a float and this place was the place to do it. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment we stepped into the lobby. The facilities were clean and well maintained. As far as the massage is concerned, it was amazing. I generally prefer deep tissue massages and the massage therapist who assisted me gave me a better massage than I've received at Disney, on cruise ships, and other massage locations in the past. Ok this is something you may be skeptical about. But you must try it! Stick with it and open your mind. You can relax and find true pain relief. The staff are great and talk you through the process. You will shower before you float but in the same room with privacy. You will shower when you are done to rinse off the Epsom salt. They even have an area with hair dryers and lotion for when you are done. If you get a massage let them know what areas you really want to focus on and they will help you. You must try this at least once and you might get hooked! :) read more

For our anniversary, my fiancé took me on a surprise staycation which included brunch, an escape game, and a 75-minute couples massage at Float. Check-in was typical for any place that does any sort of therapy (areas of stress, medical history, pain level, etc.) Within minutes of turning in our paperwork, they called us back. We were 30 minutes early, so being called back 15-20 minutes early was great! I unfortunately did not catch the therapists names, but the two women that worked on us did a fabulous job. I carry a lot of stress in my upper back and shoulder, but my lower back is very tender and sensitive. I haven't gone to a place where I specify 'deep' pressure for my upper back but 'light' for my lower back and it be applied. But FINALLY, I left feeling relaxed... and not like I just got beat up. Both of us had a wonderful time and will be back... hopefully sooner rather than later! read more
