The biggest issue in this practice is the staff who were consistently rude from day one. I dealt with eye infections and had trouble with my contact lenses. When I tried to make an appointment, I discovered the team was unavailable due to a staff meeting. I left a voicemail, but no one returned my call for days. Another issue was insurance they will bill two insurances and double dip. I started to see all these charges and fees and asked about them and I asked to an itemized bill and the front desk reception got really upset. They were also very pushy with my glasses and never gave the prescription because they wanted me to buy my glasses from there. I rarely call for emergencies, but after three instances of them not responding, I had no choice but to go to urgent care. I also called to inform them about my new insurance, but the representative I spoke with struggled to retrieve my information, despite me providing all the necessary details. She quickly dismissed me, claiming she couldn't find my insurance and told me to call HR for the name. I repeatedly mentioned the name, but she didn't seem interested in trying to help and just wanted to pass me off. When I asked to speak with someone more experienced with insurance, she took offense and insisted she was the only one who handled that. I decided to call the insurance company directly, and they informed me that all they needed was the vision member ID, which should have been straightforward. They were just as confused as I was about why it was so difficult to access the information. Additionally, they will not accommodate urgent situations, Dr. Love isn't always available since he is the only doctor and he does leave early on some days. Staff here do not return calls or respond to calls even after several days. If you provide new insurance information, it may throw them off completely. This practice has a lot of short days they are closed on Sunday's and Monday's and they close early on fridays and Saturday's. So if you are looking for emergency accommodations best of luck.

Dr. Love completely explained some issues I was having with my vision. I was very comfortable with Dr. Love, and plan to bring the rest of my family. very poor service. my husband had an appointment today and when i called at 147 pm to confirm, i…read morewas told that someone tried to call me and couldn't get through earlier. then i was told, i was about to call you to reschedule your appointment for today. i said, well 1st of all no one tried to call or called me as i have my phone next to me at all times. 2nd of all, my husband worked a half a day to be able to make it to his scheduled appointment on time. i then was informed, tell him to come by 3 pm to complete his paperwork. he got there a little before 3 pm. signed in, then was not given his paperwork to be completed until after his scheduled appointment time of 330 pm. he returned his paperwork to the front desk and sat back down. here we are at 5pm, no one at the front desk for over 30 min as well as left his dl & insurance card right there in the open on the front desk. over 2 hrs in and still was not seen. he took his dl & insurance and left. this is unacceptable as to how you treat your new patient as well any any person in general. this is not the way a business should be ran!!!!
