While I was there, one of the employees -- I didn't catch his name, but he has a Harley logo with wings tattooed on his hand and a tattoo on the side of his head -- made extremely inappropriate and racially offensive comments right in front of me. I was stunned. If an employee feels comfortable saying something like that in front of a customer, I can only imagine what's being said when customers aren't around. That's not just unprofessional -- it's unacceptable. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but after this, I can't continue supporting a business that allows this kind of behavior to happen on the floor. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses it immediately, because situations like this damage customer trust and the store's reputation.
