This is a drive up, stay in your car service. That is fine EXCEPT when it is a heat wave and it takes 45 minutes total for service. I almost got heat stroke. I went on my lunch break and I did not have water in my car, I honestly did not expect to be there that long. On aforementioned road trip, I discovered that the splash guard was not put back on correctly and I had a piece of plastic dragging on the freeway for hundreds of miles. I thought that I'd save time and money going to this business but I regret not going to the dealership. I would have had water in an air conditioned place and they would have put the splash guard back on the car correctly. Not a happy customer.

Not very truthful in disclosing the extra charges. The individual only stated his guys aren't going to work for free. Need to be more honest up front. When confronted about it, the individual just said they were done with it and they wouldn't do the work. I would say that is Great customer service.
