I ordered the five hour braised short rib, per the suggestion of our nice Waitress , and it was delicious. It literally could've fed five people though! It was enormous. Luckily mine came served over mashed Yukon gold potatoes. I shared some of my husband's asparagus and definitely dug into his twice baked potato, which was really delicious and a flavorful. We ordered a great bottle of Bordeaux. We're staying here for the weekend so I will give the walleye with citrus buerre blanc a try , next time , if we dine here at the resort, again.
