Leo blamed it on our old house. Later that day we discovered a crack in the frame of the back door, called them, Brandi promised they would come back out on Friday. We waited all day, nobody came. Then they didn't respond to calls or emails, so 2 weeks later we got BBB involved. Since then they made several appointments with us and never showed up. By the end of december they told us they got a replacement door from Jeld Wen and somebody comes on dec 26th or 27th to do the work. Nobody showed up, again, and an automated email from Greenfit told us they are on vacation until january 3rd. Finally on january 9th they sent a subcontactor out to fix the mess, but Greenfit didn't bring the replacement door out, because they can't get into their trailer......one excuse after the other! Now they are back to not answering calls and emails, so frustrating. We also discovered that them experts on insulation cut corners and didn't put any insulation into the doorframe!
