My plumber was putting in a heated floor for me and I needed a contractor for the tiling and to install the new cabinets, appliances, etc... I was, am, still pleased that Adam and his crew were my kitchen contractor. Adam and his team are ontime, professional, and thorough. They took the time to answer my questions, explain any procedure I inquired about, let me know what if anything additional I had to purchase. This crew had to begin with the bare walls and beams in the smaller kitchen (shed). They do quality work in timely fashion. They are courteous. They clean up the workspace on a daily basis. Sipe Construction did a FANTASTIC job on my kitchen you wouldn't believe it's the same space. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP! And, they will return if there is any sort of problem, any type. Our dishwasher gave us a tough time staying in place. Adam was easy to reach and a crew member was out the next day. Turned out we needed a special installation piece, problem solved, gone! My wife and I were very pleased with Adam and his crew. We had a sunroom on the front of our 100 year old house that was in desperate need of some help. Adam was very responsive throughout the entire process. I would call/email him frequently before and during the project and he was great about getting back to me within a day. Adam and his team were great to work with. They showed up on time each day, worked diligently, cleaned up at the end of each day, and finished the project on schedule. One of Adam's team members, Sean, kept me in the loop on what they were going to be focusing on each day and made sure they were working towards what I had envisioned. Adam has been working on my house that's required a full renovation and has managed the whole process very well. Not being at the house during all of the work, I have not met many of the guys but they have produced quality work and stuck to the projected timeline. When choosing a contractor, Adam was the most communicative and thorough of all the contractors I met with and has continued to be throughout the entire project. Adam was referred to me by a realtor, always a good sign, for the small job of replacing the ceiling above the tub/shower in my bathroom. I thought I could tackle this job myself but after months of procrastination called Adam and it was the right decision. I hired Adam and his team to remodel my mudroom and it turned out immaculate. They redid my linoleum floor with tile, took down my drop ceiling and replaced with drywall, installed my new washer/dryer/sink and even added a pantry for extra storage. I really can't imagine that there are contractors that are better than Sipe. Adam and his guys treat your time, house, and project like it was their own, and they are just head and shoulders above every other area contractor I've worked with (by a lot), and the end product looks great.
