My daughter is super smiting with Sips. The location is fine because they're in the general area where most eateries are in Gonzales. They sit in a shopping center near Airline Hwy. The parking is great because they have a large community parking lot. The staff are friendly and as a side note.....make sure you sign up for their point system. Now, is it good??? Yes, they're really good at what they do. The coffee can appease to young adults as well as seasoned coffee drinkers. Such a sweet little gem! Loved finding this adorable little coffee spot right in the heart of Gonzales. Located next to Brewbachers and across the canal from Canes on airline I was pleasantly surprised to find such an upscale concept. The coffee shop is connected to Virgo boutique which is clean, trendy and modern. I browsed around after finishing my pastry and coffee before heading out and found the usual boutique brands and some I've never seen before. All the employees were super friendly Back to Sips! The shop was wonderfully decorated and my eyes were constantly roaming and falling on beautiful pieces of decor, cute gifts or candles and more. Most items were pricey but hey I get it. Call me when y'all have a sale! The girls at the counter were super helpful and the menu was extensive. The pastries in the counter top cooler looked tasty so we ordered a muffin and turkey breakfast sandwich. Both were warmed perfectly and tasty but pretty basic. My iced wedding cake coffee had great flavor but erred on the side of too sweet. My husband is not a huge coffee fan, mentioned as much, and ordered the frozen Oreo. Consistency was great but there was a slight burnt flavor almost like espresso that had charred. Overall the price was as expected, the food and drinks were great and the overall look were wonderful. I've never tasted something so yummy in my life and it's the only thing I will order now! They have a lot of cool, fun, funky flavors so I really want to step out my comfort zone and try the other flavors but I love the wedding cake frozen coffee too much My boyfriend also loves SIPS coffee so this is a stable in my household! PS... I've tried the wedding cake coffee as the HOT and FROZEN option and both are delicious. I just personally like the frozen better especially during the summer time. Highly recommend read more

Walked in to order coffee and walked right back out after seeing the woman behind the counter was not wearing a mask. While there is a clear shield, she should be wearing a mask around food and making beverages. It's pretty obvious the right thing to do is to wear masks. Won't be returning. read more

This is one of my favorite local coffee shops! They have a great selection of gifts to choose from for almost any occasion, and a good selection of coffee. I love the frozen coffees, and if I'm in the mood, I love a good iced coffee from there. My top three flavors from the menu are king cake (frozen), milky way (iced), and wedding cake (frozen).
